A rip off! Flower order was wrong, delivered black roses Instead of pink and purple. The box of candy ordered tuned out to be 2 jars of expired candy and the balloon bouquet was 1 balloon. I called this business they Refused to send the correct order or refund money. They finally only refunded 30%. Do not order from them.

Had a set of watch tips I wanted put on so I mistakenly went to this place. They charged me up front then kept the watch and band for 3 days. I decided to get it done else where. Went to pick my watch up and got home and there are no watch pins to even mount it. Sad service

We bought my wedding ring here! They are so nice and VERY helpful. They matched us to our budget perfectly and made the purchase a personal experience. We love them :)

Terrible customer service. my daughter paid for purple and pink roses for my birthday. she ordered online since she lives in Houston. Sparkling City Florist brought me BLACK ROSES instead. When I called the florist they said the order didn't specify the the color of roses or a bouquet of balloons (which is untrue) so they sent me what THEY wanted to send me. THEY got paid for a certain order that didn't get filled correctly. The owner just made excuses and refused to correct it. My daughter also notified them of the error and they agreed to give her a 30% refund! She should be refunded the entire amount since they didn't fill the order correctly. The owner is then argumentative, Very poor customer service.

Where are my wife's flowers? They indicated to 1800 flowers that they delivered them yet the delivery person was specifically told we were out of town and they would need to deliver at a later date. No delivery was made or attempted yet they have indicated to everyone that the transaction was complete. The only thing complete was the transfer of money to them for services not performed. This is disturbing in many ways. The person sending the flowers was never thanked because the flowers were never delivered yet she was changed.What sort of business is this?

Their website sparklingcityflorist.com is easy to order from. They have a great selection of incredible blooms as well. Where can one find Peruvian Lily? Most important, I paid for a bouquet that arrived as advertised. There have been florists to fail the order and send what was on hand. To boot, Sparkling City flowers were fresh for about 10 days after delivery!

On Valentines Day I ordered flowers for my fiancé to be delivered to her at work. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive before she left for the day so I called the shop and they arranged to have them dropped off at my house. It was already 5:15 PM by the time I called and they were able to have the flowers delivered before 6:00. I was very impressed by this and just wanted to give my praise for this fine customer service.

Awesome customer service... i had my wife's wedding ring Custom Designed there. Excellent Service and attention to detail. Price was very reasonable. They also had a payment plan.Also bought my wedding ring, also custom made. Super friendly.
