Dr. Moore is the founder and owner of Southside Animal Hospital, he asked us to share Hank's & Eli's Fund with our community which provides financial support for the veterinary needs of military veterans and active duty service members at little to no charge. He told us how it breaks his heart when he hears about a veteran who couldn't financially afford to save their pets life and this is exactly what this program is intended for. Us being a military family this really hit home.We are new to CC and were in search of an amazing veterinarian clinic for our 11 year old sphinx Legend. Our first veterinary visits with Southside Animal Hospital was last week. The facility was very clean, staff was kind and professional. Dr Moore was such a treat to chat with. We've been with Southside Animal Hospital for close to 20 years and have recommended them to everyone we knew... until now. Yesterday we called them because two of our dogs were dying, in crisis, and we wanted to humanely put them down. They told us no, they were too busy and to go elsewhere. These dogs were 15 and 17 and this was their doctor. We went to Oso Creek and they were wonderful to us, kind and compassionate. As of this morning we are now Oso Creek customers. Southside Animal Hospital cannot manage their customer base anymore, too big too fast i guess. But after yesterday, they don't have to worry about us anymore.

Southside Animal HospitalMy initial point of contact seemed to be good. I had chosen to use this place for my pets needs do to timeframes set out on surgery for all 4 of my pets. I was told I had to have each pet vaccinated prior to scheduling the surgeries. My appointments were made. I kept the 1st appointment and took a dog and a cat in to get vaccinated and schedule their surgery. I was initially told that we could have the surgeries done in April. This is the only reason I had chosen to bring my pets here. When it came time to actually schedule the appointments the good ole bait and switch came out. The lady at the counter told me she remembered the conversation and said she would never have said April, she is a straight liar while she was telling me times and dates I was texting it to my wife at the same time. It's an underhanded practice to lie to people. I would have been ok if she would have said June in the beginning but it's not what she said. Then to sit there and Insinuate that I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm wrong trying to make me look dumb is garbage. I will be telling everyone I know to skip this place. If you can't be honest up front then you have a serious problem.

Had an appointment at :230 for my dog to get bravecto flea and tic Med and rabbie shot. We arrived at 2:15 signed in sat in vehicle till 2:30 eating ( didn't wanna show up late and miss my appointment) then went inside we sat their for a hr and a half waiting while everyone who showed up after us got called on. When asked what the issue was they said the Dr I was scheduled was busy. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SCHEDULE MY DOG WITH A DR THAT IS BUSY WHY NOT JUST GIVE ME ANOTHER DR WHO CAN GIVE A DOG A PILL AND A SINGLE SHOT THAT WOULD TAKE LESS THEN 10 min.( oh yeh idk if this is important but I'm HISPANIC with tattoos and dog was yeah you guessed it a pit bull who by the way was the only dog who wasn't trying to get next to other dogs)WILL NEVER GO THEIR WITH MY DOG AGAINThankfully my daughter is only 5 and doesn't notice things a grown up does

We love Miss Betty, she has tended to many of our little furrbabies over the years. Love that she's so close, but if she moved locations, we'd be right behind her.

My family uses Southside Animal Hospital so when my dog became extreme ill I called them. I was not able to get an appoint so I went to VCA Oso Creek Animal Hospital and they took my dog immediately.. A week later my dog had to go in for a follow up appointment so again I tried Southside Animal Hospital. What a waste of my time when I got to Southside Animal Hospital the doctor (old bad guy) was so rude and he had the worse bed side manners. So he basically told me to go back to Oso Creek Animal Hospital. I ran out out of there as quickly as I could. I don't want someone like that treating my dog.

I've taken my dog twice they saw me both times on the same day that I called . the way when your dog is sick and you need to see a vet they will see you that same day. Highly highly recommend salsa animal Hospital.

We took our precious puppy Louie for the Chip ( must say, second time around). He was Chipped in SA last year. But was not done correctly. Dr. Roy and nurse Sharon were awesome. The whole staff is amazing. This Clinic takes their service to our furry babies seriously.

Wow . Used to recommend this hospital to many of my friends and family but after today's visit I will no longer exchange business . After a veterinarian (dr Moore) told us to shut up and sit down while waiting for my total ?? Bad business and bad customer service if you ask me. No stars would have been more appropriate
