Couldn't have better things to say about my treatment here today. From the desk staff to the nurses to the anesthesiologists to the surgeon - fantastic care!

Very great facility however everybody is on different pages. One person will tell you that you have to do this. Then you will have somebody tell you to do something different for the same situation. I get with the covid it's all new but it is not as if they did not have facility meetings when this happened and everybody was told what to do as far as procedures go. But it is what it is.Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Very polite. They all have great bedside manners.

The staff here is wonderful. In pre op they are so helpful and friendly. Any day surgery, this is the place to come. Have had 2 surgeries here before and the cleanliness, the care and the attention to patients are top notch. This will be my third surgery here and I know it will be top notch care

The front desk staff here are incompetent. I went in to register for a procedure, but they did not tell me that it would be over an hour wait just to see a nurse! Apparently, people can wait up to two hours just to register, which is flat-out unacceptable. If the waits are that long, they are short-staffed, which is also unacceptable in a surgical hospital. If you have the choice, go somewhere else!

Parking is in the back of the building so it's quite a distance to walk to the entrance, they did have a golf cart shuttling people back and forth to the parking area and the entrance. So keep that in consideration of your loved ones are hurting...went in for blood work to prep for surgery and was told it was an hour and a half wait and they weren't lying. It's nice and clean but the parking and the wait was something else.

I had outpatient surgery to have a cyst removed from my chest. All the staff, nurses and doctors were great. The preregistration and blood work/labs were done by very helpful and professional people. The wait was not long and the facility is really nice. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

Only me at time of visit. 4pm weekday. Still a 3 hour waste of time. No fluids, no blood test, and no help with severe pain. Just a steroid shot after 3 hours and a charge for $600. I explained I was self pay and that seemed excessive. After quietly wait wait wait, I became upset after they wanted to charge that kind of money and one of the staff treated me very poorly telling a security guard to "make sure he leaves"Really?! They must have some shady characters in here from time to time, to have security guard in the waiting room and mistook me for one. Unbelievable and sad. So! Whatever you do, don't go here if you're self-pay. This organization is a bunch of thieves.

I had two outpatient eye surgeries in 2014 and everything was fine. I recently had a two-day in-patient knee replacement and I was seriously disappointed. Everything was fine with the surgery as before but the in-patient stay was horrific. It was like staying in a stripped-down cheap Motel 6. The staffing was limited. They encouraged you to have someone spend the night with you post surgery. There were strangers roaming the hallways and patients were in single rooms. It was scary. The only persons I saw the first night were male attendants who helped me to the bathroom. There is no in-house food service. It is all brought in on trays like airplane service. Meals were microwaved and you are given flimsy plastic silverware that broke when you used it. The day following surgery, no one came to check on me until 10 a.m. The nurse?came in and I asked when breakfast was coming and she informed me that breakfast was over and there was no food. Eventually, a man came in in a white coat and pulled two small cereal boxes from his pocket and announced "Breakfast is here!" No bowl, milk or silverware. They don't keep any juice, crackers, yogurt or jello for post-surgical patients who might come out of anesthesia with a queasy stomach. There were noamenities nor creature comforts like a carafe of ice water in your room, a towel or facecloth to wash up. There was a bed, tray table and chair in the room and lousy tv service. It was a cold, spare, soul less place. The physical therapists were two older teens who helped me walk across the hall once and then showed me how to push a Walmart bag back and forth while I sat in a chair. I was never given a discharge meeting and was told ten minutes before I was picked up that an ambulance was coming to transfer me. It was Friday and they do not want to staff over the weekends so everyone was supposed to leave by noon. I believe the kids might have been summer employees as it was summertime. This is a doctor-owned facility and it is truly bare bones and they are pinching every last penny there. The only good thing was the nurse who started my IV got it on the first try and it was painless. Kudos to her! I would never go there again as an inpatient. It was too barebones for me and scary at night if you were alone. I think the out-patient surgery staff Is good but the inpatient staff needs a lot of training and employees.
