So far so good! First appointment was yesterday and didn't give 5 stars due to parking. If you have knee injury parking in the garage and walking down stairs or the ramp is not ideal. The office staff and Dr. Wilson were professional and patient. Check-in was super easy and wait time was non-existent!! Even scheduled my first PT session downstairs.

First impressions are important. First appointment and a few herniated disk stand in a line to confirm my arrival for my 12 pm appointment at 1135. 4 reception desk with one receptionist working a full line of obviously injured people with broken legs and bad backs standing in line to check in for 25 minutes! Maybe and hear me out. Get a number machine so the Injured people could sit down while reception catches up to being over worked. Food for thought. Still in line as I write this. Hopefully he dr is better.Well after waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment I was finally taken to a second waiting room where I decided this game was enough. This place sucks. Drive to Houston. If you can't good luck

This review has nothing to do with my doctor. Dr. Rodriguez is five star all the way Unfortunately, the office staff, particularly the main operator and the appointment desk make it very difficult to see the doctor. They do not return calls, they make excuses, and now they tell stories that aren't true.I would recommend Dr. Rodriquez to anybody it's a shame that one has to deal with an administration that is so subpar.

I've never been treated so badly by a physician office as I was by this one. I was NOT prescribed any pain medication post surgery. When I asked for something I was treated like and accused of being a drug seeker. I went for my post op appointment and sat there for over 2 hours without being seen by a provider. I do NOT recommend this office or Dr. Masciale to anyone.

I had my leg amputated and was in pain and just got Tylenol 3 . My reaction was shock when they made me feel like a druggie because of my pain. This place is a horrible place to go. Please find someone else to help you. These people only have one thing on their mind is money. They don't care about your feelings and are very cold hearted people. Beware!!!!!

UNSAFE CLINIC FOR WOMEN! Astonishingly Unprofessional and Dangerous AdviceI recently visited Dr(?) Ryan Thomas seeking help for a torn wrist ligament and a ganglion cyst, and I left absolutely appalled. Instead of providing any meaningful medical advice or treatment plan, the doctor suggested childbirth as a remedy. Yes, you read that right--childbirth.This thumb provided "advice" that was not only irrelevant but shockingly unprofessional and dismissive of my actual medical issue. It demonstrated a complete lack of understanding or concern for my condition. I came in for help with my wrist, not to receive absurd suggestions that have no basis in medicine, science or logic.Doctors are supposed to offer care grounded in science and empathy, neither of which I experienced here. Unless you are looking to hear childbirth as a remedy to all your medical issues, I would strongly advise anyone considering this physician to look elsewhere for competent medical care.

The bedside manner is lacking. Very un-caring. Won't listen to patient needs or even hear patients. Leaves patients in pain

I do NOT recommend this place at all. Go to houston or literally anywhere else if you can. You'll save a lot of money, time and physical pain by going somewhere else. This place is just unacceptable, they do not take into consideration about a patient being in physical pain and offer no help except for just a refill on ibuprofen which is the exactly same type of medicine i can get at heb or anywhere else. Do not go here!!

From the day my husband had surgery a year ago, till today...I can't pay enough compliments to the doctors and staff. Their attention to detail is extremely important and our Dr Thompson went over and beyond to assure we we're informed at all times. From the hospital to the rehab facility we kept in touch. As we started making office visits, we were equally impressed! it's great to have a cover over the drop off area. And what a beautiful and spotless facility they have. When the line was a little long, it went quickly with very nice and knowledgeable receptionists. Depending on the time of day, we would expect a longer wait time, however so far it's never exceeded 30 minutes. We are very fortunate to have such excellent doctors right here in Corpus and not having to travel anywhere! Thanks so much
