The only reason I gave it one was because you can't give it none. Horrible place. Packages are stolen. Landlord enters your place without notice and goes through your stuff. Certain tenants are allowed to let their children ran rampant. You will constantly be tripping over somebody's toys. The laundry room equipment hasn't been updated in about twenty years and every dryer eats your clothes. They also are prone to albism and racism. Grounds are always unkept and the pool is never maintained. You also are not allowed even one guest. Overall any property owned by Dennis Yaklin is a horrible place.
