Last year I would have recommended these apartments. This year? Not so much. The new company, Greystar that took over from Camden is just not as great. I'm not even sure where to begin. Camden always went above and beyond-- from their management team, office staff, maintenance, and just the way the complex looked overall. Communication was always 100. Someone always answered and was available. They always returned calls and was on top of things. Maintenance was always quick, and the community was always clean. Recently with the change of management to Greystar has been a true let down. All of the staff are new and just not as great and personal as the last. Constantly having to make call after call to try to get in touch with someone. As for the property manager? Good luck getting in touch with her, much less a return in email. Sending emails and rarely getting a response. Lots of talk with little action. False advertisement too. They promise a $500 referral check if your friends move it... ha, good luck with that. My friend moved in beginning of June and it's now almost September. Have I seen a check? Nope. Does the manager know anything about it? Nope. Has she made any efforts to find out? Probably not. As for our valet trash guy? Not friendly at all. Shows up early before 8 almost everyday and will collect trash.. sometimes won't even come back around for your trash AT EIGHT like they tell you to have ready. He's extremely rude honestly. Doesn't even pick up all of your trash. You break down boxes and sometimes he won't even pick it up.. for instance a pizza box. How much more can you break that down? You have one job-- pick up our trash because that's what you're being paid to do, but can't even do it. This place is a joke and I can't wait for our lease to end honestly. So over it. Really disappointed how a change in management changed everything.Oh, but to end this negative review with some positivity: our maintenance supervisor Roger is amazing. Always has been. 5 stars for him. And our leasing agent Abram is great too. Always extremely nice.

We thought this was a nice place to live from our move from Central Texas (June 2023). Immediately when we moved in our countertop in our kitchen wasn't even on. We made a maintenance order and they came to secure it soon after. We received our unit in pretty dirty conditions. That was only the beginning of the problems. We then had to have routine pest control (which you have to call and get on the list every week) because of roaches during the first 2 months. The freezer's ice machine had odd looking paint chips or dust in it. The smell and taste didn't seem right. They said they would order a new part, but they never did. Whether they didn't want to spend the money or think we'd just forget about it. The front burner on our stove keeps going out and has electrical issues. It either doesn't get hot at all or is on the highest heat no matter what setting. Our dryer doesn't properly dry sometimes either. We've made orders for both where they come out and look at the problem. However, it keeps happening again so making another order seems pointless. The lawn/grounds usually have dog poop and there's a few residents here that don't put their dog on a leash which is unsafe for residents (adults and children). The treadmill in the gym has been broken the whole time we've lived here so there's only one at this time. My husbands car got broken into the night of 02/06/24 and they smashed the windows trying to start the car. The gates are consistently broken. We've never had this experience before, but got lucky at South Bay. So if we knew our 2 bed for $1900 apartment would include this experience we would've never chosen this property.
