I am such a fan, 4.5 stars. The rib sandwiches are as good as it gets.In the parking lot of Wonder World Park, just off old Bishop. We got there Thursday a little after 4pm opening in a downpour so there wasn't a line.The day's special--written on a white board--was an alligator po boy and Mr R had never had alligator so that was easy. For myself I chose the soulful catfish bites from the menu at the window (he posts the week's menu on FB, although I didn't see sides mentioned). As sides I chose sweet potato fries and okra, for dessert the blueberry cobbler. One lemonade and one sweet tea.Lord, it was tasty.The gator po boy had a soft white sub roll, untoasted, with iceberg, pickles and tomatoes. The gator chunks were about 1.5 to 2x the size of chicken nuggets, with a perfect crunchy coating and not greasy. The meat was not dry, the flavor was good.The catfish bites were a little smaller than the gator chunks, and with the most perfectly seasoned, crisp, ungreasy, cornmeal coating. The fish was cooked perfectly and couldn't have been hotter/fresher out of the kitchen.The sweet potato fries were lightly salted, cooked expertly and came in a generous pile. The okra came in a light batter and tasted so fresh and green--Mr R fell in love with them (he'd only had okra boiled/wet before), but also blasphemed them with ketchup because he's a terrible person.Each plate came with ketchup, tartar sauce (more like mayo, really), and hot sauce. Two packets of each condiment for each plate which was more than we used.The cobbler. OH! The cobbler. He'd upsized it as a kindness for us, and I still don't know how exactly he made the sugary crunchy cobbler bits as half of them *still* had powerful crunch this morning after sitting overnight. The blueberry part was lovely jammy sticky but not over sweet. It was a wonderful dessert yesterday and a fabulous breakfast this morning.My single point of retraction? The now-moved-on LeStourgeon had the superior po boy set up (in my nascent opinion) with toasty bread and more produce to include romaine, onion and avocado plus a schmear of mayo. That's it, outside of that this meal was perfection. It's not cheap, the wait's never been excessive, it is WORTH it.Forgot to mention he also had a table/chairs set up under a tent which is a nice alternative to eating in your car if you can't wait to get home with good food.

YUMMY! I stopped by on an overdue whim and tried their catfish plate. Catfish was perfectly fried, mac and cheese was delicious, and it came with the accurate condiments--Frank's Red Hot!!!!The chef was extremely pleasant and prompt. I will be returning!

This food truck located at Wonder World is amazing. The owner is super friendly and cool! The apple cobbler (cobbler of this week) was so delicious :-) The cinnamon crumbly crust melting in your mouth with the apple. Chef's kiss!10/10 recommend! Love it! Would definitely go again!

Had my first taste of Texas BBQ here and Keme's did not disappoint. Saw him outside of the Wonderworld Park, and the family and I just had to try it. The wife placed the order and said that the owner was super-friendly, personable, and quick to make our order.We tried a little bit of everything. Brisket sandwich, sausage, and pork ribs. It was all delicious. The brisket was so tender and juicy, and complimented well in a sandwich. The sausage and ribs were also very tasty.Two thumbs up for Keme's. If in the area and in the mood food for some bomb BBQ, definitely give him a try!

Amazing food! Willie made me the fried catfish and shrimp plate with sweet potato fries. The portions were big and fried to perfection. I can't wait to try their other plates!

Good food and the owner was friendly. I decided on the rib sandwich which was the special of the day. The meat was tender and the sauce had a nice sweet spicy flavor. I also got a piece of the lemon cake which was delicious

Willie knows what he is doing. Catfish fillets (two of them and not small) were seasoned and breaded and fried perfectly, served with crispy french fries. Cooked to serve, so if you are driving it home to eat - it will be hot when you get there. Lots of people are looking for fish during lent and this should be a place you try.

During a good day shopping in San Marcus, I needed to refuel with something to eat. I had the Sausage Dog with BBQ sauce. Delicious, I consider myself a connoisseur of finding the best sausage for grilling, smoking, shrimp boil and on a bun.This is great stuff. Also didn't have room to try it, but Brisket Frys sounded awesome.

This place is super good. We had the vegan meatloaf and Mac and cheese, and the vegan burger with fries and both of them were sooo good! Also the people were really nice and informative. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested, they have different dishes each day but based on this experience I'm sure they're all really good!

Don't miss out on the best tasting comfort food of your life! Absolutely decadent meat that is not the dry brisket most places pass off- Keme's knows their stuff and cook their meat to perfection. Literally the best BBQ I've ever had ESPECIALLY the sausage. Try the mermaid special- the salmon bagel was gobbled down by my fiancé in the blink of an eye.
