Sonic Drive-In

I purchased an Oreo Mint Master Blast and only the top half had mint. It was not mixed together at all. This is the second Master Blast I have purchased and it was the same thing with that one. I will not be purchasing another one. No receipt given.

Stopped by sonic in annaville Saturday December 9th. Took about 30 minutes to get my full order. Small tatter tots, medium cherry-lime slush, and route 44 cherry- lime slush. Tots were cold asked them to remake them. Got over charged for 44 oz. Drink and was given a 32 oz. Drink instead. Please check your order if ordering from this sonic. Looks like they are ripping customers off at both ends . Pretty sad.

I ordered three chili cheese Coney meals, one of which had a sweet tea for the drink. I took a drink of it and it tasted like it hadn't been remade in a couple days. It was horrible. I called and spoke to the manager to let him know what happened and he brushed it off like it was nothing. He didn't seem to be concerned about the incident at all, and probably continued serving bad tea to customers. I would give this place less than one star if I could.

Terrible service. Disgusting and smelly. Plus maggots were found in a hotdog??? Health inspector should be fired and this sonic needs to be shut down.

Service is so slow and your order is usually wrong. Doesn't matter if you park in a stall or go through the drive thru there only seems to be one person working. The poor man working the store is very apologetic with every order. He needs more help and an experienced manager.

Service slow and a 10-15 minute wait on freaking foot longs what heck . This ain't the first time I figured that they cleaned up there act but no go

Terrible service every time we come here. Must be ran by very poor management always out of some ingredients for years now. Staff doesn't try at all. Expect only toppings on top of your blast because they won't mix them through the entire thing (if they even have ice cream in stock). Expect long wait times, cold food, etc. It's worth driving the extra 5-10 minutes to the five points location if you want Sonic, because they do things right over there.

The service is terrible here. They said our order was on the way and it did not arrive until 20 minutes after. We clicked the red button and still no answer on where our food was. Do not recommend coming here not worth it at all.

Line was wrapped around the building so I decided to pull into a slot to order. It's now 30 minutes later and I don't have any food. Unresponsive on the screen, called the store but no one answered. They finally answered and told me it was coming out the door 5 minutes ago but still nothing. Manager came out and informed me my food was under a warmer but had no idea how long it had been there. Told me they had personnel issues. Requested a refund and cut my losses. Won't be back.

Very slow, also asked for condiments then waited 20 minutes and when the kid finally brought some she filled an entire bag with every type of condiment instead of just passing the 2 we asked for. Just went above and beyond to be a smartass.
