Sonic Drive-In

They always get my order wrong! And never give me my sauces (ranch, marinara...etc) I've stopped going to this location. And I tell others not to go!

This location is notorious for getting your order wrong or leaving food items out after you've paid for them. I'd rather drive to the Sonic on the island (11.5 miles away) where they always get my right the first time. The service at the Staples location leaves a lot to be desired. The trash cans are usually full with trash occasionally on the ground. You can get better burgers prepared how you like them at a different chain or location.

We waited 18 mins in line for a slush, and an ice cream. My other food order at another place was ready almost 15 mins before and I should have been done way before that. There were only 2 cars in front of us. At least what we ordered was done right.

I don't recall every having an enjoyable experience at this location.You might ask yourself, "then why do you keep going back..?"1) my wife loves their drinks 2) I live 2 minutes away Every time we visit we wait, and wait, and wait. Yesterday we waited 20 minutes for TWO DRINKS. And this wasn't the first time.

The app is awesome but the service is terrible! I have ordered 8 times with the app and only once did I receive napkins with my order. Out of those 8 times, my order was late in arriving to my car 4 times even though the screen said someone was on their way with my order. The last time I ordered my food was no longer hot when it arrived which I didn't notice until after I left (my mistake for not checking upon receiving food, but I was now late and had to eat in a hurry). Other mistakes have happened also - no extra cheese even though I paid for an extra slice of cheese, no ice in tea when I ordered easy ice, one instead of two pretzel twists and what happened to the mints? (haven't received them either). When the food is late, the person doesn't even apologize for lateness. Where is customer service???

Under new management and loving it! Food is coming out faster, fresh, with friendly customer service as the cherry on top! Mon-Thurs after 5pm is BOGO boneless wings and the hot honey flavor goes GREAT with some fried rice from Hunan's Express! Try it, swear to god you'll fall in love. Order a rt 44 half sweet tea half unsweet tea with extra lemon wedges and you'll feel so refreshed on a hot Texas day. I can down about 3 of those if my bladder let me!

I guess I must have went the wrong day, I received cold fries and a cold burger, there was only one person bringing food out that day and clearly they needed another person cuz she was running ragged always running out to people's cars to bring their food to them so no telling how long my food sat out waiting to be brought to me, well it sat there long enough to get the fries and the burger cold.Another time that I went there I went through the drive-thru and got their pretzel, the lady ringing up the order gave me my pretzel and I went on my way only to realize that it was an old pretzel, hard as a rock. When you turn down on Staples to leave it's not very convenient to have to turn around and go back so I just left with an old hard pretzel swearing to myself that I would never get one there again.

I worked at a Sonic for over 3 years so you know. This location is without a doubt the worse Sonic in Corpus. I ordered a number 7 foot long coney and fries with a Dr Pepper with cherry and a medium M&M blast. Just from getting the ice cream I instantly knew it was ripped off. The weight was way off for thy size cup. Turns out the blast was hollowed out. Zero ice cream in the middle, only on the walls and then the top was covered with whip cream. If that wasn't bad enough the fries 100% were double fried. They were a dark gold color and were harder than normal. The chili cheese hot dog was cold which I'm not sure how that's possible when the chili sits in a boiler constantly and the hot dogs are constantly spinning. The drink they gave me was as diet too. For the consumer:So my conclusion for this location is don't go there. This place will make you wait 20 minutes to get partially cooked food and half filled sonic blasts. Drive down the street to the Weber or cimmaron location. They actually sell what they advertise.For the owners of this location:One thing for sure is that the entire restaurant is set up wrong inside. The crew can't work with the way they have it arranged. They make ice cream in front of the drive through window just about right in the middle of the path for car hops. Your menu boards are in the way of everything with them right in front of the drop location for the cooks. It seems that a blind person with zero in house experience set this store up. They should be fired.

This location was really packed and There was only ONE worker, Mia, who did a great job!!!

Always, I mean ALWAYS putting onions on burgers or doing it their way not the costumers way, I dont know why I go back. On top of that there is CoronaVirus going around and what do you know, there is a sick sniffling coughing girl working the window on 2-2-2020 . I dont even call and let them give me a free meal anymore I'm not going back, you ask for food a certain way and they just dont feel like doing it.
