The smash burger is the real McCoy! I've eaten a lot of burgers in my years. Never have I ever eaten the same exact burger 13 days in a row. Well this burger changed all that. Triple meat and triple cheese hold them pickles! I'm telling you this burger belongs in the carnivore's hall of fame! Well done Sonic! Well done indeed.

The food we received was made correctly. It was just cold. Nothing we got was hot in the slightest bit. It's crazy to spend so much money on food and it comes out like it's been sitting in the counter for hours. This location needs to work on this desperately

Katie is so friendly! I had an issue ordering on the app but she fixed it for me without any complaints. I walked inside & everyone smiled. 10/10 stars every single time I visit this sonic. The staff is so incredibly kind and care a lot. I live very close to this location and I have come here ALOT within the past t. This is my favorite sonic in Texas! The food is wonderful and always made the way I order it from the app. Not to mention, this is also one of the cleanest sonics I have EVER been to. The landscape is beautiful and the view of the channel is remarkable (especially at sunset). If you have a negative experience at this sonic please don't let it stick with you and please be patient. Sometimes it gets busy but the employees never stop and work super hard to keep people happy. I see it all the time. They are wonderful!

We ordered two diet cherry limeades. Neither one had a cherry nor a lime in it as described in the items included in the drink. It also tasted like no cherry syrup was added. It tasted like seltzer water with lime. Probably the worst cherry limeade I've ever ordered.After ordering in the app, it took 11 minutes past the time when they said our order would be ready for it to be delivered to our car. The place seemed very busy.

Their blast machine was down and the lady wasn't even going to tell me or let alone ask if I wanted a refund. they offered a drink that wasnt even close of the value and took a extra 15 minutes to get. some people should just not work in customer service

I went to their new location on the island, it's right next to Starbucks.. I went through the drive-thru.. I literally sat there for 5 minutes nobody gave me a greeting, nobody was there to take my order it was just dead silence.. it was a little after 4:30 p.m.There were no cars in the Drive-Thru when I went around there was literally just two cars at the pull-in parking.I should have just left, anyway finally someone's came through the speaker and said, 'can I take your order' I told them exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done.. then I pulled forward to pay. I again waited at least 5 minutes just sitting there waiting and finally someone opened up the window and told me how much it was and I paid and thinking in my mind that's a little bit too much than what the menu board said (with tax included) but they gave me no receipt.. as there was nothing in the bag but one napkin three peppermints and the food that I ordered which was cold.. with no receipt to compare the price with, I could have been overcharged or since no receipt was given, that money could have just went right into her pocket.The cheeseburger that I ordered was just cheese on a piece of cold meat but the cheese was not even melted on the burger either.. I had a cheeseburger mustard sandwich there was so much mustard on it, it was all over my hands. (So grateful that she gave me one napkin)I believe this was intentionally done! They had me waiting at the menu board for 5 minutes and another 5 minutes at the window, they were not busy.. and I got cold food, that's completely unacceptable.The person which I believe was the manager on duty, (she had a striped shirt on, and a nose piercing).. - that was a very classy! Things apparently has changed so much..if one is a manager then they should be responsible enough to manage the restaurant as accordingly to their guidelines, 1. Greet the person at the drive-thru or just give acknowledgment that they are there and if busy tell the person you'll be taking their order momentarily..2. Make sure you charge the correct amount owed and give a receipt.3. Give them hot foodTrain their staff that this is how we're going to be doing it now, because we are a restaurant and we want repeated customers..I will not be back and I do not recommend this location to anyone..
