Sonic Drive-In

Absolutely not again. this is the 4th time sonic has messed up my order. i keep going to this same one and I've been a loyal sonic fan for years, until very recently. I ordered a Cheesy Bacon Stack, with just lettuce bacon and cheese. My burger came out with mustard, ketchup, and the smallest pieces of bacon I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant.

The individual working the drive-thru was very rude and had zero patience. We left and went to another location. Absolutely no pride or respect for the company or customer.

Yo. Hands down best sonic service and food is at this location. I drive over 15 minutes and I pass a sonic on my way to this one because my local sonic is ridiculously bad. Always get friendly service here and food is always correct.

Food was decent and they brought it out quickly. They are always super nice whenever I go. Save yourself the wait and order the food on the app before you go and skip the drive thru that's always packed.

Bought a shake and added recess because the girl on the intercom told me I should do it this way because it was half-price ! then it was good and I wanted to order another one they told me that was not on the menu and it's not half offThe path lady should not have sold you that

Service fast, employees pleasant. My only complaint was, I ordered A medium vanilla shake but got instead, a small vanilla shake. I also received an order of fry's which I did not ordered

Asked for extra graham crackers on a milkshake. They somehow put less than the standard amount that it normally comes with. A blatant slap in the face.Also the 5 dollar milkshake was half milkshake and half kool whip. If I worked here I would be embarrassed.

I went today to get food since the power had went out in my building. Ordered everything through the app. I've had a history of them not including the toppings asked for and on one occasion, no meat on their pulled pork sandwich they had for a moment. So I made sure to check my food, again they forgot the toppings. The manager was very sweet and got it fixed asap. I saw the new one had all the toppings so didn't bother to check it out completely until just now where I see a quarter of the bun for the coney is ripped/missing. Why do y'all do this :(

1st I sat at the order board waiting to place my order and no one ever answered so I drove up to place my order. The woman on the headset looked annoyed and ignored that I was at the window. I watched her take 2 drive through orders as she continued to ignore me. She also deliberately kept her back to me but gave me the side eye a couple of times. A young man finally came to the window to take my order, seemed to me as though the woman sent him to take my order. The young man was very nice. Then they forgot to give me my bag of ice and kept me waiting for it. I watched 9 vehicles come and go before I finally was able to drive out of there with my order. I went to get my son lunch there...for what? Just so I could be treated like crap??? I will never go back to that location. People there look like they hate their jobs and treated me like I was a nuisance.

Extremely disappointing experience with this location. Visited this late evening for a few snacks and everything was messed up. The mini blast I ordered with extra m&m's had only 3-4 on the top of it, which was put in a regular drink cup instead of the dome lid every other Sonic has used for blasts.When we brought this issue up to the carhop, Emmalee (after shouting a handful of times to get her attention in the nearly silent area), she finally came over and I just had a bad feeling about the whole thing, I wanted a refund. Apparently that wasn't an option, since she said they'd just remake it and after 5 or so mins, a guy came out with a rude and hostile attitude, being sarcastic asking for us to check the blast before he leaves. Can't get my money back with the employees at this location, and seems like the owner or management can't spell either according to the receipt so who knows.Don't waste your money/time at this Sonic, or any of the ones in the Corpus area for that matter.
