Snappy's Food 8

I needed to get my dads car washed and this is where he always went. The staff was very friendly and they did an excellent job on my dad's car. I will come back again.

There must be a change in ownership because I had the worst experience ever at any convenience store drive thru just recently. One side of the store was blocked off so I had to come in front of the store and then go around to the drive thru window so it appeared that no one was there but me. I waited and listen to my music waiting for someone to come to the window with no one did for such a wild that I finally got out and knocked on the window a couple of times. I thought the place was either being robbed or they had closed for some reason because it didn't appear except for the lights being on that anyone was working there no movement nothing until two other people drove up in the gas line and they went in and they got waiting on before I did after have knocked on the door couple of times and no one responded to sylvia minute or something then this wild crazy looking guy comes out of the back and the first thing he does is turn off the loud music which I could hear because I smell the window open when I knocked on at the last time and then he went off on me and I went back at him because I said that music was so loud you couldn't hear me but he said the music had nothing to do with it he looked unkempt he was barefoot he looked like he was in a daze. He claimed the music had nothing to do with him not hearing me is because he was so hard at work on doing his paperwork when you're doing your paperwork close the place down. I have a a suspicion because I never we continue arguing and all I said was just give me what I asked for and I'm gone saw the clerk that it was the same blonde older woman who had waited on me the previous time and who appeared to be his sister because she was just like him I'm responsive to Customer she was standing in the window and I could see her and I yelled and knocked on the window and she never responded until minutes later. Now instead of just apologizing and giving my pack of cigarettes he preceded to ask me to calm down and stated that he was going to refuse to serve me . Ask you to give me what I asked him for and I'd be. So he comes back to the window with my cigarettes and I asked him how much they were and he stated a price that wasn't right but it was less than what I usually pay so he's giving away a product too. Not my idea of a good employee only thing I can hope is that he is not the owner. I tried calling the store on the Monday after this happened to complain to the manager someone and of course the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer.
