Smokin Tractor BBQ

Smokin Tractor BBQ is not easy to find if you don't know where to look. When you go down the driveway, keep to the right and go around behind the house to the BBQ shack. There is no improved parking. We parked near the pavilion where there were a couple of tables and admired the cattle before going to the window to order. I got the three meat plate. The sausage was not what I was used to and I'm not quite sure what I was expecting. The ribs were very flavorful and the brisket was to die for. I liked the sauce and the potato salad. I wasn't a fan of the beans but they weren't bad. If I remember, the bill was around $18. The folks were nice and the owner is former law enforcement so spend your money with a hard working retired LEO and get some good 'Q while you are at it.
