Great time with the family! Customer service was great! Had an incident with the child walker but they took care of it!

Heads up if you plan on attending a birthday party and not planning on skating. Make sure you have $8 or you can't go in. I told them i was there for my niece's birthday party and wasn't skating. They said it's still $8. I could see paying if I was going to skate but just to go in for an hour what a rip off.

I've come once before for my nephews bday party, years ago and the pizza was so awful it was almost inedible. My son wanted his bday party here & I thought MAYBE it would be better. I should've known. They have package deals for a certain amount of children but then the "extra" add in children prices don't even remotely make sense. On top of that, I had to pay extra just to be able to bring my own pizza. Then, they only give you ONE drink, no not one cup, ONE DRINK. They give you one cup and you get to fill it once, anything else is extra. I get you have to make money but come on, be practical. To top things off they are charging every single guest to even come in, not to skate, not to be on the skating rink helping their child, literally my cousin & nephew who have no kids were charged $8 just to walk in here and stand here. It's ridiculous. I will never ever come here again and will absolutely NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

We recently went to a birthday party at this location. We hadn't been in a couple of years and the place was much nicer than before. All the kids had a lot of fun skating.

Terrible experience. The place is soo runned down. The announcer can't go 30 seconds without yelling into the mic...and it's not fun interactive stuff, it's annoying scolding children that are holding on to the wall. My God they are trying to learn! We are here visiting. I can say that the management here should come to a rink in San Antonio to see how it's done. Oh and I had to pay $5 to come in to watch my kid! With no place to sit!!

Alot better than it was before! Security was great, the food was slightly overpriced but good and we had a lot of fun at the cheap sk8.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I work at a skating rink in austin and I have never seen anything like this in my years working at a rink. An employee at sk8land tried to fight my friend because on our way out we were talking about how this place wasn't that good to each other. The employee comes around the corner hanging his head out the door and starts yelling at my friend as we are walking outside the facility. No matter what a costumer has told me I have never yelled or encouraged violence. We will never be returning and will be telling others about our experience at this rink.

This skating rink is not good, one of the staffs that was behind the bar started problems and was trying to talk shit the floors are bad the skates are bad and some of the employees are bad they need to get it together with their staff and you can't skate backwards on the skating floor overall. I had a bad experience at sk8land they need to get it together if y'all try to go to skate land I would suggest to not go This place sucks!!!

I just left this place and if I could give it negative stars I would. This place will never get another dime from me. As a 50yr disabled veteran I have not been on roller skates since I was about 15(maybe). My daughter is her skating and wanted me to try to skate with her. (And for all the reasons why this is a bad idea and there are plenty,I wanted to give it a try for my kiddo.) I put the skates on (this was an ordeal because I had to chase the kids down twice to get them.) I made my way onto the floor and was trying to find that inner teen that spent every weekend at the skate rink. As I wobbled and almost went down I caught myself on the wall and was in the process of screwing up the courage to continue when a young boy skates up to me and tells me I have to keep moving. And I can't hang on the wall, I told him I was trying to catch my balance and otherwise he would have to pick me up off the floor. He said that would be fine but I couldn't be on the wall. I turned and tried to continue and fell. Weekend I managed to get off the floor I went to the window to ask if someone could teach this kid the difference between "hanging" on the wall and catching my balance. Before I could finish my sentence Felicity Ruiz( who is in the running for all time worst manager) cut me off telling me he was only doing his job. She continued to talk over me and when I said I wanted to speak with someone besides her she said she was the only one I could speak with and she was the manager. At this time another boy came into the office and loudly told me to leave. This is the worst experience I have had in some time and when I said I wanted to talk to her boss I was given a flyer with the skate rink number on it so that weekend I called it went right into her. I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know that this it's the most disrespectful group of children running a business I've ever seen. I will encourage others to find other places for their events.
