Pretty cool vibe,drinks are decent!Foods pricey for the amount of food you get! It's More like bar food but you have choices, Pizza, Tacos, Chinese, Cajun

Anything worth doing, is worth doing the right way. I don't understand why someone would pump a bunch of money into building a facility just to do it half a$$. You can't have a bar that holds 4000 people to have one bartender and one TV. You also have to run lines for tap beer. The wait for the over priced food truck food was like 45 mins. Come on. Let's do better. I recommend stingrays, beach bums or the gaff to spend your money at.

Mixed feelings about the Sip Yard. I was here as a guest of the ARK. A none profit partner operating out of University of Texas Marine Science Institute .They rehab sea turtles and birds of prey found debilitated in the area. Fund raising has resulted in a significant addition to facilities designed to accomplish their goals.We celebrated on the top floor of the Sip Yard with food and drink. The owner was present giving a good idea of the Sip Yards mission and management style. They can facilitate large gatherings like ours as well as catering and the two floors below of music,tv,games and live music.Personally I don't like places like this in a small island town. But,you can't fight progress and this type of development.I encourage other local places before you give Sip Yards a try.

Ummm I don't know why this doesn't have better reviews. We loved all of it! We had Pina Coladas from the main bar. Brisket elote from Vibe Taco. Calamari from Bayou Bistro. Pepper Steak Nachos from Wok On. Highly recommend!

I loved the atmosphere. The overall feel is fun and clean and would have loved to see live music here. However, the food was disappointing. I got the wings and a slice of pizza and it tasted like it was frozen. Wings were rubbery and pizza wasn't anything special. The employees were all very nice. I would recommend visiting here for a drink and music but don't expect great food from the pizza joint.

This was a really cool venue! Lots of options for food, very clean restrooms, and lots of seating. The bar staff is really friendly and we were there when they had live music. The only thing I can suggest is patio heaters (it was unseasonably cold), and remove the umbrellas at night because they block the view of the stage. We definitely enjoyed the concept!

Great first experience. The live music was good, we were able to watch the game on the TV (may want to add more TVs just a suggestion), great vibe, the set up is great and we enjoyed ourselves.

I genuinely feel I got poisoned here. I had a margarita, and shortly after I felt pain all over my body. When I made myself vomit, I felt better. I didn't have anything before this (at least not for hours). That's how I know it was just the margarita that made me feel this way. Yall really have to figure out what you're putting in those margs and if it's up to standards.

We visited the Sip Yard twice over the past weekend and the service and ambiance was spectacular. The bartenders were quick, courteous and professional. The band that played was really good and we checked out all three levels of the establishment and they did not disappoint. The views are amazing from the top level. We will definitely be back again.
