Shipley Do-Nuts

Saturday March 23, it closed over an hour before 8pm. My husband ordered late this afternoon online. I'm asking you to replace our order with fresh donuts. Thank you!! I will update if compensation happens. Last name Duff!

For 40 years have always loved Shipley's donuts. I would drive out of my way to find a store for their delicious fare. We moved to Victoria in 2020 and I was very disappointed to see there was no Shipley's in town, so finding out they were building one was such great news! My husband and I were excited to order one day and were so sad to find them selling subpar donuts that appeared to be day old. After the disappointment of our initial trip, thinking it was just a fluke, we tried them a second time, only to find the same outcome in quality; we threw them in the trash. This morning, my husband went to get donuts and came back with what was definitely day old donuts. I would advise anyone against going to this establishment! They are absolutely terrible!
