Shiner's on Sixth

Great, old fashioned beer joint. Beer was cold, beer was good, and the beer was cheap. Don't expect any frills. But they have some pool tables too, so I guess there's that. I'll be back soon!

Great little bar with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Me and my brother in law stopped in after hitting the Shiner Brewery. We played pool and had a few rounds. Great staff and good prices.

This is one of the 3 bars in Shiner - Howard's, Antiques, and 10th Inning. Tenth Inning is about as traditional of a dive bar experience as you are going to find anywhere in Texas. Cash only, a couple of the draft taps are out of service, cracked linoleum, a few old calenders of scantily clad women, and the smell of cigarettes has permeated the walls and will permeate your clothes. If you are looking for a VERY TRADITIONAL dive bar experience, you should check out Tenth Inning. I don't think anything in this bar has changed in the last 30/40 years except to swap out a new TV. Best place to have a drink! The owners are nice and it's a great place to hangout with friends!

What a great place. Staff friendly and courteous. Played pool. Meet some locals who were also very friendly. Beer inexpensive. Bottle, can and draft. Couldn't believe the price when ordering a draft and a bottle. Would definitely recommend to people traveling to Shiner.

Here from Victoria on thanksgiving night. Thank god they where open. This scores extra points in my book. Clean little joint. When ever my travels take me to Shiner, this will be a stop for sure. Stacy is an asset as the bartender too!
