Shady Grove Mobile Home and R V Park

if your a Veteran please read carefully before staying here or Colonial Del Ray RV Park. Im a career retired Navy and disabled veteran. I've been living here here for over 7 years and was told two weeks before Christmas that the park does no longer wish to rent to me anymore. When asked "why" and to talk to the owner my, request was denied twice. They gave no reason for not letting me stay. So basically put me out in the streets. Also watch your electric. i've been over charged for electricity when working out town. if your a veteran or disabled you might want to go elsewhere.

No pool. They have decent showers but don't stay in too long or you run out of hot water. Dog area is a nice big piece of grassy area but not fenced in. Some pull thru areas and back in areas. VERY close to schools, down the road from shopping, and not far from the city attractions. Kids are welcome but only a basketball hoop for them. There is a meeting room with a kitchen available. Coin operated laundry mat next door. Doc says: decent and not bad but could be improved upon slightly.

A real dump, lots of scary old trailers, some with no roofs, some sunk down in soft ground for 30 yrs...a lot of mobile homes mixed in, 1/3 trailers are not mobile after 20-30 yrs sitting. No amenities, only washeteria out front in small storefront. Too bad for CC, most are owned by same company, all are pretty sick parks.
