Senior Helpers

I want to express my sincere and deep gratitude for everything that Senior Helpers office staff and care givers did for my father in an extremely challenging situation. They bent over backwards to provide the support needed during COVID when we couldn't get to him and made sure he was taken care of in an environment that was not good.Thank you to everyone involved!

If all you need is for someone to sit with your family member, they will be fine. If you need something like cleaning, watching what your family member does, bathing them or taking care of a bed bound person, look somewhere else. My family members came out far worse than when they started. Management is only interested in the money and instead of trying to fix any issues they just want to create excuses for their employees. Oh, FYI - per OSHA regulations, the company is supposed to provide rubber gloves. That isn't the families responsibility even though they try to charge the family.
