Sea Gull Condominiums

We love staying here but keep in mind there is still construction in many of the condos, and they are allowed to work during the work day from 11-4PM. Really disappointed because I love staying here but the constant drilling for 3 hours+ is horrible! Maybe they should shorten the construction times to not impede on everyone's vacation.

We have been coming here for years and love it! The grounds are so well kept, very nice and convenient beach access and beautiful views all around! Condo 101 is the best!! Highly recommend for the entire family!

This is our second stay at the Sea Gull and I'm not impressed. I'm hoping it's in part COVID restrictions but it's just not worth the money. We have been here for four nights and have not had a single housekeeper check in. I know they don't clean but they could at least change out the towels. We had to go downstairs and beg for two more trash bags at the front desk. They acted like they were doing us a favor! You're expected to haul your room trash to the trash chute and your towels to the laundry chute. This is NOT a luxury condo. Old, outdated and the bathrooms are simply not safe. Cheap remodel shower with a big step up and slippery cheap finish. Kitchen has the bare essentials with super cheap pots and pans. We won't stay here again. The front desk is very focused on YOU as the customer - by that I mean YOU pay them and then YOU do everything yourself. Very disappointed.

I've been coming here in October for years. This place is awesome. You're literally on the beach and the ocean view is incredible. Every single room has a gulf view. They have 1, 2, and 3-bedroom rentals. Every condo costs the same (based on the number of bedrooms), so it's worth it to get one that's been renovated with updated furniture, kitchen, and bath. There's even a really large unit that sleeps 10. I've stayed in lots of different condos over the years and enjoyed my stay every time!!!

UNIT # 208My two kiddos and I had a wonderful time for 5 days in this absolutely immaculate condo. A late high quality remodel and a beautiful view of the beach. 2nd floor access came in real handy with the many many trips back and fourth from there to the beach and back and to the pool.Beautiful appliances, fully appointed kitchen immaculately equipped and large flatscreen tvs in each room. The fridge is huge for your costal groceries and there are a bunch of gas and coal grills down by the pool. We grilled out 3 nights and it was great. This is a spot for those who desire great comfort and convenience. We will be back!

I wish I knew what my room looked like so I could review it. Check in was at 4 pm, it's 15 after. Been here since 3:36 (early I know) and our room is being held hostage. The cleaning ladies literally walked out at 4:00 and our floor is still wet. They won't let us enter and they're blaming it on the fact that 28 rooms checked out today. Not my problem. They charge you the remainder of your bill the day before you check in and say that it's because it makes check in so much easier. They literally told me the reason they charge the night before is so they can just hand you your keys at check in and it's so easy. Have checked So far, check in has been full of so many excuses and one family after another getting their room. My 88 year old mom is better spirited about it than me. My daughter has called me a Karen. Four families have checked in since 4. I'm so over it. Not worth $400/night
