Sea Gull Condominiums

We love the Sea Gull so much. Our family has been traveling there for years and given its proximity to the beach and it's beautiful views, We continue to come back time and time again. In our opinion, It's located at the perfect spot on the island that still close to downtown Port A but far enough away that the it's beach is never over crowded. We typically stay in unit 910 as it's nice and high up, has wonderful decor, and great balcony views on both sides for Sunrises, Sunsets, and even Moonrises. Highly Recommended!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our condo rental. The space was clean and spacious room 502 was a one bedroom one bathroom condo. It had a nice size kitchen, a designated area for eating with 4 chairs, living room with two sofas and upholstered chair, outside balcony area with four chairs. The condo was spacious and very clean, the balcony is facing the Gulf of Mexico and there is always a breeze coming in from the ocean. There is also a 3-8 ft pool and a hot tub on the premises. Currently there are upgrades going on (May '24), work didn't really bother us. Working hours were from 9-5 during weekdays. It was a really nice stay and would recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Port A. The property as a whole is very well maintained! Our specific condo had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and a gorgeous view of the ocean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were not in need of anything. We will be back next summer!

I went with 8 other friends, and we stayed in room 605. The space is so well laid out. The living area is enormous, with a HUGE table that easily fit all 9 of us for meals and board games. Then there are separate areas we could disperse to, a couch, a set of 3 couches, a smaller table, and another couch area with 2 couches and a TV. We never felt crowded, except in the kitchen, which has only one entrance. The condo unit is on a bend, so the balcony and windows take up 180 degrees. However, one 90 degree area of that balcony is only about 12 inches wide, so it's really stretching it to call it a balcony. The balcony area we did use was beautiful and sufficient for our group, though. This condo is closer to the beach than I've ever been. I loved that when you looked out the windows, your view is all beach. The beach access is through the first floor and is a very short walk that has a ramp to make it easy to bring coolers or wagons full of stuff. The place was clean and well kept. The bedrooms were nice, and we slept 2 per room, with the 9th person sleeping on a blowup bed in a little side living space off the kitchen. The staff was polite and welcoming. The swimming pool was heated to a cool but tolerable temperature, which was welcome because the ocean was FREEZING COLD. The hot tub was off to the side, so it felt isolated. And it is amazing, with a waterfall and plenty of room. The swimming pool area also has a nice big playground that would be great for kids. I highly recommend this place for a group of friends or family. We debated whether to give this condo 4 or 5 stars but decided on 5, because it was just perfect for our needs.

Units are good, stayed many times. However they have inacted 'dynamic' pricing. My November booking for january dates was almost 175% HIGHER per night than this weeks cost for same unit!And the construction noise is STILL very much a problem. Pricing should be lower due to this alone.

Not the greatest...... living furniture wasn't that comfortable, stove looks like it needs to be replaced couch. Looks like it needs to be replaced pretty worn refrigerator. Had a broken shelf and freezer. Space was dirty... Little pieces of cement on the back porch from the construction couldn't find a broom... Front desk said they had one, but I need to come get it... We just traveled eight hours to get there it was okay... not the nicest we've stayed at that area.

Perfect spot for a weekend or a weeks long vacation. So relaxing overlooking the ocean which was just a very short walkway from the sand and waves. WellMaintained building and beautifully decorated lobby with friendly and helpful front office staff.

We have been coming to this condo for 10+ years. We have seen the conditions go down, but it's still always been nice. This year is a disaster. They used to set up a canopy and chairs for you free of charge. Now they ant to charge $50 per day. Beach access is blocked because the boardwalk is broken. They want us to load our cars and drive next door to use their access. That's a hassle and defeats the purpose of our expensive condo for easy beach access. The hot tub is closed and the pool is in disrepair! This is an expensive vacation and just about all of the reasons we choose the sea gull are not accessible! And they didn't even warn us before we arrived!

Never setting foot on this property again. There is major reconstruction ongoing here. Not a little painting or landscaping. Jackhammers in the units above. No warning before arrival. They should not have been taking in guests at all. Period. But staff told us it was on us because they had sent an email mentioning some minor upgrades, nothing about jackhammers next door. We were told no refund was going to be given. They had our money, tough luck. Totally dishonest management here. Stay away.

This condo is perfect! Very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated- everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony for hours!!! Walked right to the beach using the boardwalk, which was wonderful!!! We cannot wait to stay here again!!! Thank you!!!
