They close the pool for 2 days just because it rains. How stupid Is that? I've stayed in rv parks, and hotels all across America. Closing a pool because it rained has got to be the most idiotic thing I've ever heard of in my life. This place sucks...We stayed here almost 2 weeks and it rained almost every other day. I think the pool was open 3 days the entire time. They mine as well put a sign saying "Sorry our pool is permanently closed because I got wet" There is NO jacuzzi, don't be fooled by the lying pictures. Also they claim to have WiFi. the WiFi is spotty at best, it barely works and half of the WiFi routers just say wrong password every time. If U R lucky enough to get a signal, it's so slow U can't watch videos or navigate Instagram. You'll just be frustrated and end up using your data.If u have a slightly dirty RV, they'll MAKE u wash it.If U drive faster than 7mph they'll ticket U like the police. They have overbearing stupid rules in affect here.If you're smart you'll find somewhere else to go.

Be careful to check what you are getting into before you give them any money. If you are not happy here you are free to leave but they will not be returning your money. $470 plus electricity a month is cheap. The plus cost of electricity which you are not going to find out until ten days after you leave. Is a total rip off. $100 to run a refrigerator, TV, an occasional light and a fan for a month. God help you if you turn on your AC. Kiss good bye to your $200 deposit. This place is by no means worth their by the day charge of $70.This is not a RVer's vacation spot. It is a low rent trailer park filled with permanent residents. Do not expect the usual camaraderie found at vacation spots. There are a lot of people living here that you never see. My home Town of Paradise was destroyed by fire in 2 hours on Nov 8th 2018. I look for escape routes and fire exits. Sea Breeze has none. It has one way in and out with a narrow pinch point at the trash containers that will be a bottle neck in case of fire. For anyone trying to get out and preventing fire trucks from entering the property. Not all of the wires are underground or well maintained. Just days after I left, I was told the old overhead wiring I worried about where I was parked, did start sparking. Sparking electrical wires caused the fire that burned my home to the ground. Keep a go bag handy. When a fire starts here you will have to abandon you car and RV to escape on foot. I saw only one fire hydrant in the park. It was far from a welcoming experience. I wanted to leave that same day but they had my money. I could not afford to write it off by leaving. I booked a month in Port Aransas where the Gulf Coast beach is that very day. There is no beach at Sea Breeze. The shoreline is littered with construction demo debris. They do have a swimming pool. The slow speed wifi will let you watch Netflix most of the time. If is pretty much useless for anything else like FaceBook, Couchtuner, ECT. It took overnight to download pictures. Although the fellow they send to " fix" the wifi was one of the few friendly staff I encountered during my stay.If you are looking for a low rent trailer park to stay in and are willing to forgo safety to save money Sea Breeze may be the place for you. They really don't seem to care about bad reviews. The rude staff is a common complaint spanning years without improvement.

Hidden, clean, open(airy), but full rv park. Lots of campers and RVs. My family and I stayed 1 night at the Seabreeze as we were coming from Rockport to Corpus. Would have loved to have stayed here longer but we had to get home. Loved that the staff leaves open spots on the front door. We pulled up to the office, looked on door and they had about 3 open spots in a good location. We paid $55 for 1 night but it was worth it. Staff is very helpful. Several staff members told us good morning as they were starting the cleaning of grounds. Awesome view of the bay and we could see Corpus's skyline at night. Close to good restaurants , a Walmart and the HEB grocery store. I hate that I didn't get to take any pics.

We stayed for 3 days. Friendly staff. Very well kept park and everything was as advertised. Had a pull thru just feet from the bay. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Pool was nice. Conveniently located to all attractions in the Corpus Christi area. Wi-Fi was spotty, but really not a big deal to me.

The park itself was awesome, and the people were very nice. However, the office was not very good. I'm not sure if it was someone new, or what happened. But, I'm a musician who had a showcase show in town for a radio station on Saturday, and after reading great reviews on this park, I decided to take the whole weekend off for a working vacation of sorts. When we called to reserve, we informed them we need a lot of space to move around equipment & easily accessible so we don't wake every one up late, but would like to be close to the water for fishing. The spot we were given was perfect! Plenty of room, and right on the main driveway, but could walk to the pier. The other great point was that we asked about check out & if it was flexible since we're a special circumstance. We were told that check out was at noon, but he didn't see any problem with us sticking around until 2 so we could fish & hang out a bit today (Sunday) since it'd be a late night Saturday. Here's where it went haywire...we got there a couple of minutes after the office closed Friday, and had to check in Saturday morning. Were all settled in to the spot that we were told we were given when we reserved, Saturday around lunch time, when leaving the park to go to a lunch meeting we checked in & were informed that we needed to move because they decided they wanted us to have another spot & another rv would take ours. Then after stating we'd been there for 18 hours, very settled in, reserved that specific spot, etc. they "accidentally" tried to charge us more than we were told when we initially reserved, and a price higher than was listed on ANY of their website, paperwork, etc. THEN, was "accidentally" charged it! They refunded it, but seriously? Doesn't sound like much of an accident. This morning, after the check in debacle yesterday, we woke up around 11 & got ready to go fish off the pier some. I told my husband to call and just remind them we were checking out a little late out of courtesy & in case there were any other communication issues at the office. We were informed that no, we have to be out no matter what by 12 or there will be additional charges. He explained when we booked they told us it was fine to stay late since we had special circumstances. They shot it down in a sorry-not-sorry kind of way. So we had to rush pack, throw everything loosely into the garage/my truck and jet out of there to the closest Walmart so we can re pack & get things situated for the drive back to our home base. It's extremely disappointing that a lack of communication in their office caused us issues not once, but twice. I'm a musician and have thousands of followers that I was harping to how great this park was on Friday, and now I'm eating my words. I also hold write a travel blog & articles & am disappointed because I had already started writing & taking photographs for positive reviews. I'm indecisive on it, because I don't want to judge based on one bad try here. So, I'll probably give this park one more chance in a few weeks when I come back to town. But, as of right now, if I have the same experience again, I won't be back. Which is unfortunate for such a great park environment!

Sea Breeze RV Community/Resort is a nice place. Yes, they have a lot of full timers but the place is very well kept. The pool was really nice. The staff are super friendly and constantly cleaning the grounds. Lots of rules BUT with so many full timers I get it...people need to keep the place nice if they want to stay in a nice place. They have a great breakfast every Saturday morning and I won big at BINGO ($13). We stayed in a 45ft motorhome.

They give no refund for cancellations regardless of how early you cancel. They tell you to move your hoses and lines on their mow day. If not, you have to mow beside your RV. They interrogate you on what your rig looks like and age before you arrive. You reserve a spot through them and the next morning they are banging on your door telling you to move immediately because their staff screwed up. Hot tub seldom works, they want your picture to keep in their files. Rude woman who manages the office as well as the female owner is also rude. Over priced for what you get and it is in Doyle addition, the run down side of Portland. Go elsewhere.

I would give them zero Stars if I was able. I never stepped foot on this property but after trying to cancel reservations due to the Corona virus and my family member suddenly being placed on life support. They tell me that I will receive $20 out of the $240 that I paid. Nice way to treat a person during national crisis, family member in the hospital, and retired military. I would not waste your time or your money,i they care about customers under extreme circumstances.
