Schlotzsky's

the calzones sandwiches and macaroni cheese was excellent that I have tried there,They always made my food orders awesome as well and I will keep them as my favorite on here yelp!

This has to be the worst Schlotzsky's on the planet!! I used the App to order a late lunch for a 2 pm pick up. Arrived at 2:03 and there's a sign on the door saying "due to staffing issues lobby is closed till 2 pm".?! Well it already after 2pm so I knocked, of course no one answered. Wow, and I already paid. So, I jump in the long drive though and it's not moving at all!! Long story short, I got the food over 30 min later and it was cold!!! Never again will I use their app or that store, it ant that good!

Sandwich thrown together. Missing olives, lettuce, tomatoes, three cheeses.... Way too expensive for that to happen.

I went today. Employees greeted us and were very nice. The restaurant was very clean. I had the turkey/avocado sandwich and it was awesome. The employee who brought out our order (to go) had the biggest smile on his face and wished us a great night. It's been hard to find places where customers are treated well these days. It's also been hard to find good, quality food. This place was a start to feeling appreciated as a customer. Thanks and I will be back!

Terrible! The boy at taken care of us was lost. I ask for two combos and he charged. For one and when I got my order I had to wait for the second. Then I got the wrong bread and when I called it out I was told we didn't have the bread so we chose for you wtf. They worry about the Covid but bathrooms were dirty and no soap.l

Very disappointing. Food was tasteless. The buns were like cardboard. My mom couldn't even eat hers. I used to love Schlotzsky's but I won't go back.

I would eat at this store with my Mom and usually enjoyed it. The older lady with glasses was really friendly, knew her job, but doesn't appear to be there anymore.When I tried to use one of the "money-saving" coupons from the app, I felt that I was overcharged since he rang me for 3 combos when I only ordered 2, then deducted $1.69 from the 3rd combo. The "manager" came out and told me that he would refund me another $1.69 on credit card that never came. Bottom line, I was OVERCHARGED. I will likely not go there again since they don't know how to operate a cash register.

We went in to eat near closing time, the dirty employees are rolling up dirty floor mats and cleaning while fixing our food!! This is unacceptable! They were ready to leave and making us uncomfortable, I WILL NEVER GO TO SCHLOTZKYS EVER AGAIN! You don't do that to customers that pay your paycheck!!

I made a $63 DoorDash order with this location. When it arrived I was missing my Cinnabon dessert. I politely called and got manager Casey. She immediately deferred to DoorDash saying they'd have to refund even though I wasn't asking for a refund. She was super defensive and even told me, "when we're busy, mistakes happen!" It's unbelievable she's a manager. That's not a response a customer should ever hear

Normally the food is pretty good and I don't have an issue. Tonight we had our food delivered. The food was just kind of throw in a to go bag and there was a big gnat in the bag. Honestly really gross and made me lose my appetite. Very disappointed with the service
