Great service with no wait. No issues with my service they have a great smoked club. Definitely recommend. I didn't do indoor service. Drive thru experience was what it needed to be

The sandwiches are amazing. But the pizza has gone down hill. It use to be so good. But the last couple of times ordering has been disappointing. I can't describe the difference but there is a difference for sure.

This is the worst Schlotzsky's I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Their sandwiches and service at all other locations have been very good, but this one...ugh.We we're headed out of Corpus Christi, and I had a hankering for a hot cheese sandwich. This location is convenient to I-37 on the North end of the city, so we stopped here. I should have heeded the reviews.The girl at the cash register who took our order seemed to be new, because when I ordered a cheese sandwich with extra cheese, she seemed hesitant and confused. She had a pleasant demeanor, though. I told her it was the same thing as an original, but without the meat in it. I told her I wanted everything but onions and meat on it. This is not an unusual order and I've never had a problem at any other Schlotzsky's ordering an original cheese sandwich. She rang it up with a soda and a kid's pizza meal for my granddaughter. They gave us a number to put on our table and we sat down.We weren't sitting long when they brought our order out. That was good. My sandwich was an original with meat and hardly any cheese at all. No bueno. I immediately pointed this out to the woman who served us. She kind of hesitated, so I explained again that I requested no meat and had to tell her to take it back. She took it, but came back with a young guy who was either the manager or the cook. I had to explain it again to him that I wanted an original cheese with extra cheese minus onions. The young woman said they'll redo it and not charge me "this time" and walked of again with my sandwich. She was pretty frosty about it, as if I had deliberately ordered it wrong. Certainly no apology. Wow.In spite of the stupid dance, the sandwich was delicious. The bread was nice and spongy, not too hard on the edges. My granddaughter enjoyed her pizza, and my son liked his ginormous sandwich. The restaurant was pretty clean, so no complaints there.The bottom line is that we will likely not be back here again, because I really felt awkward about the whole thing. If you've never had Schlotzsky's before, please don't let a negative experience at this particular location put you off. This place is not typical of all the other Schlotzsky's I've been to.

Didn't get lunch here for three weeks straight due to a job I haven't had any issues. What are the best Schlotzsky's I've ever been to

Had a good experience at this Schlotzkys in Corpus. The chicken bacon smokecheesy was fresh and very tasty. Service was courteous and fairly quick. I'll be coming back.

Food is always good, service not so much. And they are ever so slow! In fact quite often we pick another place just because they are so darned slow and rude

First time visiting location on Leopard in Corpus Christi, Tx. ....ordered the Brisket sandwich, which looked appetizing on the billboard. However....where's the Beef?? Very disappointed; I concur with others too high priced. Not good value.Will not be returning!!

Always good. Staff changes a lot, but always polite and courteous. Get their app. Lots of rewards!

Online order didnt work, I get that. The staff, and ..management.... I dont get. 7 dollar deal online is what I wanted to order, mgr stated that deal does not come with the pizza.... the 7 dollar deal has the pizza featured on the deal. Get it together. Work on customer relations. No wonder the rating here is so low, and schlotzskis is my favorite. Very disappointing.

We placed an order online for two smoked turkey sandwiches with extra turkey and extra cheese. There was no cheese at all on either sandwich. There was half of a tomato slice on one sandwich, no tomatoes on the other. The bread was so dry, we felt like we needed to drink extra water just to choke them down. Really disappointed. This used to be our favorite sandwich in the area.
