Schlotzsky's

Terrible customer service. Has your food sitting there talking to people and when I ask if my food is done, they try to gaslight me saying I called it and you didn't answer.. it was 20min I would hope you wouldn't quietly whisper it 1 time. Do not even go to support on the app, they do not care. Just don't eat here period, nothing but SLOPPY service!

Arrived to the restaurant with a few cars in the drive-through and no cars parked in front. Walked inside stood at the counter for quite a few minutes no employees found. I mean no one around at all. It's like they all quit and walked out. No one came to the counter to serve me. I turned around and walked out saving my money.

I get that you close at 10pm according to business hours plastered on your door and on google. I went in the drive thru at 9:42pm and was answered with a recorded message saying you were closed. If you close at 10pm you stop serving at that time not before then.

Services at the Weber location is awful. The drive thru cashier is rude, the manager is young and completely one experienced with handling customer complaints. They feel they have the authority to treat customers as they do because their response, "there is no corporate, we are franchised and you are speaking to the manager". The manager refused to provide her name to me. It's the one of the most unprofessional establishment's for fast food I have ever been to. Requesting to have a different drink because it didn't taste correctly and asking for napkins, and having them say, I only gave you 2 packages of hot sauce because that's what I'm allowed to give when I asked for more sauce, it was aggressive shoved into my hand with "here". Franchised or not, an establishment must be inline with the policies and guidelines behind the name id Schlotzsky's. I will never return and I will contact headquarters. This occurred last week.

You can never go wrong with Schlotzsky's because my wife is her favorite place and if she's happy am happy I earned it just go and find for yourselves thanks again Jorge and wife

Every time I come to this particular location I am always amazed at how disappointing the staff is. All the staff gives attitude, and rude. they take FOREVER for the food even when there is no one else at the restaurant or in the drive-thru. I was waiting 30 minutes for a small sandwich and after waiting and asking for it all of a sudden they "ran out" of the soup I ordered. I love the restaurant but can't stand this location.

Made a $110 order for lunch today and when the order was delivered we did not get drinks or chips. We called manager and they blamed door dash which was the company they chose to use for delivery. Very disappointed in management response. They would not even credit for the part of the order that was not delivered. I recommend shopping somewhere else when ordering out. Not impressed at all with this team of people.

The girl at the window got so angry that I asked for extra hot sauce that she threw them at me and yelled that she was only allowed to give two. When I called to speak to a manager they both giggled over the phone. Such terrible service. And I was super calm and honestly just confused.

My experience at schlotzskys was extremely wonderful, i am old and i dont know how to handle my iphone the lady was very helpful to show me how. she was very paitent and helped me chose the best sandwhich to my liking Five Star

I thought I'd give them another try since they obviously don't know how to either listen read or write, yet again they've proven that, we asked for the chicken bacon smoke cheesy and got home it was roast beef, I don't know how you mixed chicken and roast beef since the meats aren't the same color at all, the Dr pepper takes like it's flat or something and had to upgrade cause they didn't have medium size lids like ok, the money spent here is too much to be messing up peoples orders like this
