Yep, this place is pretty dern cool.Lousy food, ugly owners, and a waste of a drive from south CCCan't wait to go back!!!

I called in an order last week on the way back through Taft. I had the chili dog. It was so good and I was so hungry I didn't take a picture. I plan on going back for some other items. Tough spot for them under the new highway but I hope they stick around.

Fantastic burger, hit the spot after a long day of traveling. The Lifeguard Burger with some added jalapeños really hit the spot.

Probably more pics to come because I'm the only one in my family hungry for dinner right now Sarcastic Susie's is new to the GP area and I wanted to try it. I absolutely love their chili and their burgers for the price are a great size with great flavor. I got their bacon burger all the way, my son got a plain cheese burger and my boyfriend got their chili burger. After speaking with the owner, prices will go up a little but not by much, maybe before the month is up, but either was, it hit the spot, and we will be back!!

Amazing burgers and fries, very polite and funny employees, the place has a real nice beach vibe to it and looks really cool.

We had the best food and lots of laughs with the owners in September when we were in town for a football game. Highly recommend their food and absolutely love the sarcasm.

What a unique place with great food! Seating is outside and covered. Lots of great photo ops. Have a krappy burger, you won't regret it!

So happy we stumbled upon this burger joint! Everything was hot and super fresh! The owners are working in the kitchen, and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. The consideration and selection of ingredients (THICK bacon, diced tomatoes instead of giant sloppy slices) don't go unnoticed! The free beer while you wait, is just the icing on the cake :) You won't be disappointed!

Sarcastic Susies is my new favorite spot. I'm new to town and here for work. But let me tell you if you haven't tried it stop by and u won't be disappointed. At first glance I could see that a lot of time was taken to make sure that the island surf shack look was achieved. (It was). They got island music playing and surfboards,scare boards and just a cool vibe. When I arrived it was just before closing and the owners Mike and Angela greeted me and proceeded to take my order I asked for suggestions and Angela suggested a bacon cheeseburger. I got it with cheese pickles onions and jalapeños. She asked if I wanted the Susie sauce and I replied that I wanted the whole Susie cheeseburger just how it was prepared so I could get the whole experience. The wait for the food was short and was taken outside to my table. Let me tell you this burger was on point and the Susie sauce is a must it made it that much better but never took away from the fact that I could tell at first bite that it was a fresh meat patty and nice thick cut of bacon in the burger. The fries were crinkle cut to give you that made at home feel (well at least for me). After I ate and the owners wrapped up they made small talk and I invited mike to sit down at the table I told him that I went there because I found them Yelp and he was like Yelp! I've never heard about it and when I told him he had 5 stars so far since they opened he was so exited. In conclusion if you haven't been here check it out it's really good.
