Saratoga Cove Apartments

I have lived here for about a year now. I have found everything to be excellent. The girls in the office are the best. Always helpful and kind. Maintenance is very quick. I love all the trees

I am happy we didn't sign a lease for longer than 8 months. These apartments are INFESTED WITH RATS and MOLD. (Building 54 & 55 appear to be the worst). I heard them in the walls on a nightly basis and even caught a few inside of our apartment. The only thing they did was patch some of the holes with wire mesh and put down rat traps on the outside of the buildings. Even after they did that I could still hear stuff crawling in the walls and chewing on the Sheetrock. My countless emails and phone calls to Carolina asking her to please have the eaves fixed on the backside/frontside of our building were ignored. She promised they would be fixed yet never were. (There are holes about 8-12 inches wide from where something chewed through it). We had a toilet that leaked through the ceiling and it took them 2 days to come look at it. It took them another 3 weeks to fix the ceiling which had mold going way past what they repaired and patched. The only reason they even did that much is because I called and emailed them every few days. When our rent was coming due I told them if it wasn't fixed I wasn't paying our rent and would gladly explain it to a judge. It was fixed the next day and I paid our rent on time like every other month. We constantly saw dog feces that was never picked up around the community and the parking lots are in horrible shape. Pest Control is a joke and trying to get them scheduled is even more of a joke. These apartments look great on the Internet but behind closed doors is a different story. I personally wouldn't suggest renting here unless you like rats and mold, enjoy having nightmares (which I did) or want someone to live in pure hell.

Very first apartment years ago, I didn't live here long but the time I was there was great, neighbors helped move furniture in everyone was beyond welcoming. Never had issues with neighbors or noise. I loved my apartment very much and staff was very nice! Only relocated because my ex husband was in the military so our stay was short but great!

I have lived here almost 2 years and I have had no issues at all. The work staff is awesome and very nice especially Jessica who has always taken care of me since I moved in. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to any work order that you send in. I can say that I've never had any kind of pest problem in my almost 2 years of living here and I'm very happy about that. Overall this apartment complex is amazing. The playground is nice for my daughter to play on, the basketball courts are very nice also and so are the swimming pools. My neighbors are great and so is everyone else around my area where I live. I've lived in 2 apartment complexes before this one and to me Saratoga Cove is the best one out of all of them. I would highly recommend to anybody that Saratoga Cove is a place you should consider moving to if you are looking for a place to live.

If you are looking for a apartment to move in to do not move in to these when you first walk in there super nice but when you start living and paying rent they are super rude and give attitude Jessica and the property manager gave me permission to have my trailer here but a few weeks later I saw it had a sticker for it to get towed away I went to go and talk to them and they again said on sorry go head and take off the sticker and you can have it here a week later it was picked up went to go and talk to them again they told me it said on the contract that it wasn't allowed here I never got a copy when they finally gave me a copy I read through it and saw no where that said I was not allowed for my trailer to be on property manager then told me I say it can not be on property and she also told me if she were to see it again it will be picked up they are the rudest workers here the pool is closed on Monday for "cleaning" they don't even get cleaned I've seen residence cleaning it them self people that live here do not clean up after there pets I do not recommend moving in to these apartments

You can literally pay your rent almost a month early and you still won't get enough water to take a damn shower. You know how uncomfortable it is to take a shower in freezing cold water while it's 30 degrees outside??? I took my shower 2 hours ago and I'm still having to lay under 3 covers with my heater on 85. To top it off I have already called the management about this issue and now it's freezing outside it's unbearable. Also they make you pay a monthly fee for internet and cable which isn't optional and they don't tell you about it in the initial lease agreement they send you which is absolute trash, my internet rarely works and they make you go pick up the cable and internet boxes even tho THEY REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE IT AND PAY FOR IT IF YOU NEED IT OR NOT. and expect to be at spectrum for over two hours to pick these 3 boxes up. Not to mention for two months i had frogs getting under my door and start hopping around everywhere, nothing can make your day even worse than coming home from a 10 hour shift at 3 am to a frog jumping on you when you walk in the door. Also if you can choose not to be in an apartment by the front DO SO!!! nothing makes me furious like getting off from a 10 hour shift and having to park behind the apartment complex and having to walk 15 minutes to the front of the building because you pay damn near 1300 a month here not including your electricity and you don't even get assigned parking and the only trash can they have is in the back so again if you are at the front be prepared to carry ALL of your trash cans 15 minutes to make it to the trash to throw them away. They charge you $15 every month for "trash fee" but they don't come and do shit about your trash they are just charging all 500 apartments $15 to pay someone to dump out their ONE BIG DUMPSTER, rip off??? Absolutely. And since they don't have designated parking anyone can damage your car and they won't be able to do anything about it BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY RECORD OF WHO IS IN THE PARKING SPACE NEXT TO YOU. I'm here for a one year turn around & i have never wanted to live in my car so bad until now. Paying $1300 every month a month early to not even be able to take a shower in my 1300 apartment, take your money else where bc I'm kicking myself in the ass for wasting this much on such a bottom tier apartment.Was just told I "opted" out of my door being fixed when I called and told them about frogs jumping under my door. To be REAL CLEAR. I didn't "opt" out of then screwing the bottom part of my FRONT DOOR BACK ON, they came one day while I was at work and instead of CALLING ME and letting me know they couldn't fix it without me opening my door they just kicked the metal frame under my door to make it seem like they fixed it. I then realized it has to have screws screwed into the ground to make it stay so in reality they never fixed it because i have to replace it the same way they did once a week and i don't get paid to fix my own damn apartment that should be included in the 1300 i pay every month. This apartment would literally blame all of the tenants if they went out of business even though our monthly rent is the only thing that keeps them in business because they always want to blame THEIR MESS UPS ON OTHER PEOPLE. think again. I will post monthly updates about how crappy this apartment is until the "owner" who only replied to the 5 star reviews shuts up and stops telling the "1" star reviews are their own fault. No ITS YOURS. Nothing looks more guilty than ignoring all of the true reviews and only replying to the good reviews that the people who work here probably had their friends submit those to make this apartment have a few good reviews. Newsflash mister "business owner" y'all still have more negative reviews than y'all have decent ones, it ain't working.

We've had way too many issues at this apartment complex. So cheap and way too expensive for the crap you get. And at that, the cops are ALWAYS getting called here and there's always a shooting incident at least once every 2 weeks or so. Do not move here!!!!!!!!

Terrible place to live, constant roaches and ants even though they charge you every month for an exterminator (that I have NEVER seen). The come up with new charges to tack on, my rent literally went up every single month for the 3 months I was there. They charged me for water, then a pipe broke outside under ground and they charged me again $70 for their faulty plumbing. There was lots of illegal activity to include drug use, public displays of alcohol, disturbing the peace in the middle of the night on a regular basis. And if you complain they make everything like it is your fault. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy.

So We Moved Out A Month Early,, So These People (Saratoga Cove) we're so mad and upset that they. Were going to lose a month of rent they decided to charge me over 5,000 that I supposedly owe them and that over 3,000 is for breaking the lease. And they also charged to clean the apartment when it was fuckin clean already LMFAO ! This people are jokes don't fall for they're "Move In Special" it's just a conn/scam plus my license plate got stolen I in they're parking lot , seriously my god damn license plate. And Also some fuckin' asshole fighting with his girlfriend walked outside they're apartment and started shooting a handgun in the air like a moron.. so think before you want to rent at this place.
