Great location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is efficient and communicative.

Staff here is pretty rude to the people that are in their office. I didn't even stay because Mia was being disrespectful to an older couple who were asking questions. Last thing I need is that same treatment if I lived here.

The property manager Beth Hayes personally told me that she would handle my lease renewal last July. I was told that signing up for 12 months would give me one month of my choosing free of rent. I was surprised when I got a notice saying it's time to renew after 7 months. I went to the office and was told that they made a mistake and didn't correctly fill the digital contract for 12 months and instead they made the contact for only 9 months. (Even though I got the promised month free in November for signing a "12 month lease"). The mistake is one thing but to try and make me pay for their mistake is where I draw the line. The only "fix" that was offered to me was pay more per month and renew now, or pay month to month, both would cost me more money...for their mistake.P.s. The office offers a key to the gym for a 5 star review. That's the only way they can get positive feedback.

I would rather give it no stars, the only reason this place has any good reviews is because they give you a free gym key if you put in a good review for them. Listen to the bad reviews and take your money else where it's not worth your time!

Just read past reviews... deposits never returned...rudest office staff in Mia that will always remain just an assistant. If you like dope heads, car being broke into and people from all over corpus dumping trash and being charged for fees not included in lease then this is place for you!! They will obviously never fix the office staff as past reviews show problem been around for awhile. What do we know, we just had to put up with it or face penalties for breaking a lease they do not even honor. Trust in you should keep looking. Section 8 housing probably better than this place.....no offense to section 8 intended.

i currently live in the apartments i've been living here with my mom for 8 months and since we moved in there's been an ant problem in the rooms (i've woken up to ants on the corner of my daughters bed) the restrooms and the kitchen and dining area we've sprayed for bugs nonstop but they never go away there are also huge roaches no matter how much i clean and declutter and reorganize there is always roach feces in my drawers everyday in my drawers where mine and my daughters hair brushes were and i had to replace them and keep everything somewhere else after sanitizing it all definitely would not recommend this place save your money

RATS big ones and you have to pay to have your trash picked up but the dumb mfs don't do there pitiful job I guess that's why they pick up garbage. Other than that the lady in the office I believe her name is Amanda, can't remember but she's super nice and helpful and glad she was there to help us.

I am very disappointed in these apartments we are infested with gnats ever since we moved in and have called the office plenty of times and we always get that " okay we'll call you back" and they never do. We have went out of pocket to try and fix this problem but the gnats are non-stop, we can't even have food in our refrigerator because the gnats end up in there. I can't eat at my dinning table without having to swat the gnats away from the food or off of my legs. If i could rate them a negative i would.

Never want to live here again they are rude and disrespectful and they walk into your apartment after you tell them to hold on! I was just coming out of the shower and they walked in I only had a towel and my cousin lives here and she calls twice a day because when she moved in her door was broke it doesn't lock and close all the way and they haven't fixed it it's been 6 months and they still haven't fixed it

I can't believe how bad this place is. The staff is horrendous. Every time I go into the office they are all rude. The apartment complex has two pools yet are only allowed in until 10pm even though we pay money for it. The staff members always park the golf cart in resident parking spots which takes spots away from actual customers who live here. I honestly fear for my life living here. It is so ghetto and scary. When I told management how I felt they said "there's nothing we can do for you" that is so unprofessional and inhuman. No one should fear where they live.
