Sam's Club

This club is great with stocking the shelves but it's a chaotic place forreal especially in the weekend . The bird flying overhead was so distracting but I needed my orange juice. Mrs.Mary that works the juicer is always a joy to meet she is so kind and she used to work at my neighborhood Sam's before it closed. The staff is very helpful and coming in on sample days is a plus. The cafe workers was kind enough to get a cup of ice for my friend without us waiting in that long line for the best hotdogs. I always spend way too much for what I need, but price checking and confidently say Sam's is a "great value"

The Sam's gas station is literally the worst. Pumps are ALWAYS broken or conned off, the lines are so long, there are never attendants helping people. Yes, you get a great price 9/10 times but it isn't worth the hassle. Cars wait in line 10 deep just to save 5 cents. It's crazy. People also don't realize that you are supposed to go to the same side your gas tank is on instead of pulling the whole gas pump across the car and breaking it.

This is the worst place ever. Never have them deliver for you to your home. Items are always missing. Today it was $68.94 missing in the order. Getting help over the phone is non existant. Wait 12 minutes and then it says wait 18 minutes and up and up from there. The delivery person took those items, the store told me that they left them at the gate? Do you know how far the gate is? there are many homes here. Your email said it was delivered to my home. Nothing, no photo of my door, nothing. Sams Club has lots of work to do to clean house, they try to saye money and hire less people. their business is falling apart! I have given them hundreds of dollars a month. They lost my business. I no longet will pay the premium of $100. extra per year. I'll get a refund, I've had enough BS! To be fair some store people are sweet, never when I order delivery on line.

Great place for school snacks hopefully this will last a month great prices and huge selections I plan on going to Sam's monthly to re up on school snacks

This is my third time buying lamb chops from this Sam's in Katy Texas, just to open and it smell like death. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. Sam's is the absolute worst. Why would I put something that smells that bad in my car to attempt to return it. Do better Sam's!!!! -5 stars!!!!
