Sammy's Burgers & Brew

Found myself in Beeville for a DMV appointment. Originally wanting to try the local sandwich shop in town but it was closed. Sammy's was a quick stop on the way out and it didn't disappoint. I had a satisfying crispy chicken sandwich on a sourdough bun. The sweet tea washed it down. Definitely better than any fast food places and easy on/off the highway.

Delicious good and good service! Ordered the wings and my friends had salads. I had the garlic seasoned wings and they were amazing!

Ordered traditional dry rub fajita wings, they were covered in beer salt.... We also had the loaded nachos, jalapeños were the pickled type out of a can, pretty positive it was pace salsa. I'm from MN where people think ketchup is hot. I've been in Texas for 10+years and have never had worse food! Dear owner of Sammy's, use real jalapeños, an actual dry rub on the wings, not beer salt. This place is disgusting! Ps:clean your bathrooms there's more flys in there than you have pickled jalapeños! Stay away! Do not recommend! Chilis has better wings and colder beer!This is south Texas and a disgrace! Has no one been down to Harlingen, Laredo or anywhere In between?

Good burgers, fries, and good old fashioned onion rings. Plenty of room to park pulling a trailer.

This is a real burger. Not some frozen patty. Anytime I find a new burger place I order a regular hamburger. If you can do that good the rest is probably awesome! Great flavor, fresh meat. Loved it! I had the regular fries, my husband had curly. He said the regular was way better. They did not skimp on the seasoning on the fries. Great job!Very casual environment. TVs going during the day. This appears to be a bar as well so probably a little more active at night. Friendly, courteous staff. Happy energy here.What a gem!

Food was good and hot!! Always a plus service was good and informative... The ambiance nice... I went with my mom and grandpa for lunch sorry we were super hungry so no pics but the food was Hot and cooked to order!!! Definitely a must go...

The restrooms need attention-no soap or paper towels. The cash register order taker was very rude and not helpful at all. It's a shame. It's a great place with good food. We have always had a good experience until today. Service has really gone downhill since the owner doesn't frequent the place.

The food flavors and tastes have dropped off as of late. The other day my burger was slightly warm, not hot and the patty was as dry as a powder house fart. Their fries are usually okay. The best thing I had was their unsweetened iced tea. Also, turn that music down. My Hubby is already hard of hearing so we couldn't even have a conversation! The tables and chairs aren't comfortable, either.

This place is always great and offers amazing food and drinks. Can't go wrong with the burgers and wings.
