Although I am a regular customer, I do like to try the new items on the menu, and a new item popped up this week and I had to try it! Let me tell you ,It's impressive! They debuted a Grilled Pork Chop dish and is by far the best thing on the menu(besides their steaks, of course). It is a dish of 2 , yes 2 pork chops, grilled and you can get with a bourbon glaze that was to die for!!!!! Cannot rave enough about the Bourbon Glaze! If I could bathe in it, it's a sweet and savory but not too much spice....I probably would! It's that good! I highly recommend that if you aren't feeling a steak, please try the pork chop!

While I would not normally not give 1 star to a restaurant, it was the complete lack of care from multiple managers over an issue that led to this. I placed an online order for a 10 oz sirloin with a potato and salad for the side with a chips/queso for an appetizer. The time projected was 30 minutes, and I arrived and went inside after 15 minutes. After I gave the bar staff my name for a pickup, they directed me to a lady on the phone who walked off and did not come back. I stood for another 10 minutes until a wait staff asked if I had still not been helped and went to check on my order. He provided it would be about 9 more minutes. 20 minutes later, the women who had been on the phone finally came back and asked for my name. 5 minets later, a man who I assume was the kitchen manager based off dress attire, informed me my order had been stolen and it would be another 25-30 minutes to remake as they were busy. It looked like he notified the general manager as well, but that was about it. No attempt to even say we will rush it or any other expedited attempt. The general manager, all the while, walked by me standing in the same spot for just shy of an hour without an inquiry and then knowing my order of a single steak was near 1.5 hours. To top it off, they forgot the salad, so I had to turn around after leaving. As someone who managed a restaurant in the past, I completely understand that mistakes occur. I am not someone who expects or demands compensation when issues occur but to not even be offered something minor nor have several members of management act like it was not even an issue is the problem. The wait staff kept appologizing as they could easily tell I had numerous problems occurring, and yet management could care less.

Went for Christmas (take out) and got a couple of pork chop dinners with salad and baked potatoes. Exquisite. Just absolutely cooked to perfection all the way around. Even when I reheated the left overs, they were still perfect. We're thankful Saltgrass is open on holidays. They'll keep getting our business for sure. Just totally recommended.

First time to this particular Saltgrass, but they were out of a lot of appetizers and salad dressings , service was very low scaled. Like I said it's not my first time to a Saltgrass but it is to this one and it will be the last time, large chunks of bread on the floor. I don't recommend it at all.

How things have plummeted. The management and the food has deteriorated drastically in just one month from a change in management at the Corpus Christi location. The General Manager is a joke! What's even more astonishing is that the Regional Manager has been at the restaurant for weeks which obviously hasn't helped! They clearly don't know what they're doing. The quality and consistency is GONE!! You never know what your food is going to look like, be overcooked, undercooked, smaller portions, bigger portions and they're OUT of SO MANY THINGS - it's a gamble! What a joke and to top it off it's not cheap.It's sad because it was a great restaurant at one time with the BEST Asst General Manager who had been there for many years and definitely knew his stuff. I definitely will not be back!

We came to Saltgrass with friends for an early dinner. The hostess seated us right away and Kevin our server was very friendly, patient and professional. He was able to accommodate our additional friend who joined us late. The mushroom appetizers were delicious as was our entree. We finished off the meal with chocolate cake/ ice cream and cup of hot coffee. Overall, an awesome experience. Enjoy!

Today we buried our beloved Uncle and needed to feed 50+ people. After an unexpected ice storm and freezing temps, Kay, Grant and Mark moved mountains to help us safely have a meal as a family. We appreciate the Landry's and Saltgrass teams for working together to feed us a delicious meal in a well prepared venue. The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic as well! I cannot express our families' gratitude enough.
