I've gotten color here before and other services such as blowouts and hair masks. Today i went for a mask and they overbooked the one stylist that was there on a Saturday. It wasn't her fault but why book three girls back to back when you know you're short staffed with one stylist. I wasn't too impressed when I did get color there. My highlights would fade quickly.

I've lived here 8 years now and have been to many salons.. this is definitely where I'll be going from now on!! The place is super chill and clean, the stylists were so sweet and knew what they were doing. My stylist Serenity was amazing and gave me a gorgeous red partial balayage, it was exactly what I had pictured. I usually get nervous trying out new places but I left feeling so great, I'll definitely be scheduling again for touch ups/trims.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never go to this salon, the prices were ridiculous, and there is never a manager onsite. I had gotten my hair done not once but twice by Desiree as the first time we did a dye it wasn't consistent throughout my head. I had to point out the flaws not being consistent and they offered to fix it at the next available with no cost. The next appointment was 2 weeks later as they stated they couldn't do another dye back to back. I don't know the logistics of dying hair constantly in a short period of time so I trusted their judgement. 2 weeks later, I had noticed the dye was already fading, so during my appt. Desiree dyed my whole hair once again, which I appreciated. I had asked if it would fade again in only 2 weeks and she assured me it wouldn't. Well, 2 weeks later the dye faded badly. I called to speak to a manager and the manager was always "out of the office" so I left a message. Load and behold, a manager calls me and we discussed what happened, I asked for a refund (at least half of the $500 I had spent) and the manager had the audacity to blame me for the fade, and stated that because I had my hair done twice with dye, it's expensive and therefore a refund couldn't be applied. Never again, to top it off, because of the time I was there, the stylist told the manager that I was rushing!!! They were the ones rushing. My appt. was for noon and I didn't leave until past closing. Two of the stylist stayed behind to close, I felt bad the 1st time and I bought them dinner for finishing my hair. How dare they. Do not waste your money at this establishment.

So I booked some appointments here and got in and out quickly.... That is the only reason they get one star. I booked appointments through their website. The website pricing is way cheaper than in store pricing. Immediately after paying I brought this to the managers attention and was promised I would be reimbursed. A few days later I called to remind her.... Then again the following week and I was told they would get her a message. Then again and I was hung up on.

Had the best experience at Salon Envy! Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it came out perfect! Will definitely continue booking all my hair needs at this place!

If I could give this zero stars I would, Megan was so rude and she did terrible! First off, she only spoke 2 sentences if that to me and She didn't even trim my hair or dead ends. It looked like a man got done shaving, just barely even stubbles of hair taken off laying in the floor. And she didn't even trim my front face pieces then after I asked her too she took off 3in! There was more hair on the ground from my front pieces than the back of my entire hair. She crossed the part of my hair over to my opposite eyebrow (never had that happen before) and completely disregarding where I naturally part my hair and when she went to compare the pieces they were 2-3in off from crossing my hair part so then she shortened the other one even more! My originally fave pieces where down to my chest and now their at my chin! Worst place ever do not go to her!

Daughter wanted root highlights. Was scheduled for a Full Highlight. As I am not usually one to confront I thought. As did my daughter, that 'why not go for a full highlight?' she's getting ready to go back to college so again why not? WHY NOT? Here is the reason 11:00 am - 7:00 pm NO Exaggeration, she had to sit in the chair for EIGHT HOURS FOR BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. NOT A COMPLICATED REQUEST. She is already blonde. The charge???? $432.88 for a WHOLE EIGHT HOURS OF SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE IN UNDER 3 hours. DO NOT HAVE CAMBER CROSTHWAIT (seriously, her last name has WAIT in it!) is INEXPERIENCED, slow and has no idea what she is doing. Absolutely unacceptable CAMBER CROSTHWAIT SHOULD HAVE HER BEAUTICIAN LICENSE REVOKED. Thank you to Clarissa who did my hair (new extensions from 11:00-1:30). Clarissa who at 5:45 or so, came around to finish my daughters hair. There is no excuse. While my daughter waited there I asked, have you had your hair dried yet to see the actual color. She said, "No, incompetent CAMBER was CUTTING SOMEONE ELSE's HAIR!" I liked Clarissa but am DISGUSTED by how long it took to have highlights done on an already blonde person. I Will NOT recommend the salon because of...wait for it....CAMBER CROSTHWAIT. Loose her and M A Y B E the place would be worth it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I didn't believe the other reviews. I thought certainly there was more to their story and they were just complaining. No. All reviews stating that THEY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE at Salon Envy, I do believe you all now. FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Clarissa earned the one star. That's all I am going to allow this day to be wasted by Salon Envy. 11-7 people. I swear on my parents graves.

Not a great experience here. Clarissa was my stylist. I had hair down to the small of my back and cut off a very significant amount. I took a picture in of what I wanted and got something very different. I did a color touch up to hide my grey. That was done though. As far as the cut went, it turned out badly. I asked for long layers and got a blunted straighter cut.I did call to say I was running 5 minutes late, and Clarissa said she was as well. Her next client arrived, and Clarissa did offer to fix it when I asked to see the back and there was no rounded V like I asked for. With my hair already curled and a client waiting, I assumed it would only be choppy and rushed. The charges are more than listed online, and the 10% that's listed off your first service was not applied. Professionalism was less than ideal throughout the experience. When I grow it out, I'll try somewhere else to fix it.

Had my 1st appt with Salon Envy today, to help with AWEFUL coloring from a previous salon. My hair was a HOT MESS!Clarissa did exceptional coloring my hair & she's very knowledgeable., I give fifty stars for best hairdresser Clarrisa! I look forward to my next appt. thanks again Salon Envy
