First entering at glance they're so pretty when I first walked in I had noticed lot of things wrong in my studio unit 1010 their was paint on the floor from the maintenance trying to paint the walls and then prior to that you opened the dryer and it was filled with lent inside of it, dust everywhere, grease on the filter under the microwave. So next day I fill out all of maintenance issues that needed to addressed. That same evening my boyfriend and I cooked ourselves dinner, went out for movie camehome and see not one or two or three but 30 roaches everywhere in the apt. I confronted Sage next day and of course they stated "well you signed lease you get the apt as it is" umm does that meaning signing up with a roach having party in my kitchen?Every time they would come out in the morning to inspect the apartment they always stated something as to well we don't see anything... needless to say. Look at the apartment before anything. They tried fixing the issues but ended up releasing me from my lease but things worked out for the better I moved out after 5 weeks. I'm so happy living in my other apartment complex

Do NOT move here. They never answer the phone and take FOREVER to do simple maintenance in the apartment. For how much you pay the service is not on par. Do yourself a favor and dont move her.

Finally posting because I wish we knew how bad we would be treated when they promise "LUXURY LIVING". We signed an 11 month lease which 8 months of the 11 months we dealt with nasty, very loud and dirty neighbors. Our upstairs neighbors ALWAYS left trash outside all day and all night, which attracted a mouse into our apartment, these people were always fighting and throwing stuff, stomping at all hours of the day, blasting music and the officer got to the point where he told me it was a PERSONAL PROBLEM! We moved here because obviously they painted such a pretty picture how everyone is friendly and how they love the residents and keep very clean. WRONG. Dog poop everywhere.... We didn't have pets but we have a very energetic toddler that stepped in it too many times as we tried to enjoy our front yard. Management NEVER did anything about the upstairs neighbors, both Holly and Vanessa need to be replaced or get it together. I never saw Holly, spoke to her a couple times on the phone BUT she should be in the office, and she should not be calling from private numbers to speak about issues. Now I however literally complained every day about the noise and nothing was done, I reached out to Holly and also nothing was done. 8 MONTHS!!! We should not be paying what we pay if we were forced to deal with it. I even had to pack up and stay with family a couple times because the coo refused to come out and the music was way too loud. I do not recommend for anyone to move here as how badly we were treated but Taylor and Jackie however were very helpful and very sweet. Hopefully the owners see this because it was never taken seriously by management and we are very upset with how we were treated while we lived here. Pictures prove exactly what I showed management and still nothing was done. I hate to be that person but I will not allow them to walk over us like we do not matter. For almost $1,500/ month this place is not worth it. Regret ever moving here.

I have loved living at sage apartments. I've been in the B4 unit for almost 9 months and I'll be transferring to the A4 in a few weeks which I'm really excited about. I love the dog park and meeting up with other dog owners for puppy play dates. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and id be happy to recommend sage apartments to anyone!

This is a very nice and well maintained property. The staff all were super friendly and had lemonade on a warm day. The unit was totally upgraded with modern decor and lots of space! Thanks for your southern hospitality!

I ended up living here for a little over a year. They ended up fixing the problem with the maintenance and the staff and girls up front are awesome. Amenities are also nice, we used them quite a bit. People should definitely know the walls here are thinnnnnnn!!!! Super thin. So thin you can literally hear your neighbors talking through the walls...walls in between apartments too because sometimes your neighbor lives above you. The trash service was nice to have because the dumpsters are frequently overflowing. Overall I enjoyed my stay here but wouldn't move back because of the noise. Everything else was great!
