Avoid this company at all cost!Even if you pay to the end of the month (and move out early so they can re-lease the unit), they will not return your deposit.They will arbitrarily decide not to return the deposit, and will not give any reason or proof thereof.I have left over 20 voicemails (since they refuse to answer the phone), but they refuse to ever reply. I even went to the office to get some answers and the rep. told me that only the "supervisor" could answer any questions. What a scam.They also grossly overcharged my card during a "credit card processor" change-over, and forced me to dispute it with my credit card. They even fought that and lied to Chase in order to keep the overcharge.The facility itself is a joke, and the "security gate" almost never worked.Please do not become a victim of this grossly mismanaged mess.It may be fun to file a suit against them, just to get copies of all of their other leases and find out if this is a common practice worthy of class-action. If nothing else, it will cost them thousands to defend it and produce documents in discovery.

Current managers are often unreachable and they operate very shoddily. they were unable (or unwilling) to provide us any electronic correspondence for the two years we've been renting from them. I assume the manager is computer illiterate because we initially signed up for auto draft from our account (as we do with all our bills). for those 2 years each month the fee was withdraw so we assumed all was well.upon returning we found in fact, we have not been on auto draft and the manager has been entering our credit card manually each month, unbeknownst to us. when questioned they become furtive and hostile.Additionally, they have been unresponsive to a leaky roof issue which caused termite and roaches to invade our propertyAt this point we have no choice but to see this business as not only unethical but perhaps, illegal. Never had a business that I dealt with as a customer act in this manner. if I could leave zero stars, I would.very bad, would not recommend.
