I had my wedding on April 33 2023, I have been asking for my picture ever since. These people are the worst ever. They sent me pictures via email, there are very few pictures of the wedding at the church no pictures of me coming down the isle, no flower girl pics, no picture of the wedding party coming down the isle. the pictures were poor quality. The guy sat the whole time therefore his pictures had more ceiling than picture. The picture I did see were multiple shots of the same picture over and over. There are very few whole body pictures. At the reception again the same thing. I asked him to take pictures of the wedding party couple dancing and he took one picture of one couple. I had to repeatedly call, text, and email him and he has had excuse after excuse. He had the pictures edited and claimed he took 3000 pictures yet I have not seen that amount and out of the few he did take either the color was pink or more ceiling than picture. He did have them edThen he cc on any emails his so called attorney and refuses to respond. The video he made of the wedding was very poor quality. i paid what he charged way before the wedding date I never asked for a discount or extension to pay after me complaint tells me he knew there was something up with us and that we would ask for a refund. seriously he blamed us for his poor work. While on one of conversations before the wedding he mentioned another couple asked for their money back. I should have taken that as a red flag and hired someone else. Trust me if you want memorable pictures of your special occasion DO NOT CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst photographers the man talks a good talk but can not take pictures at all. unfortunately for us the moment is lost forever. I spent a lot of money on my wedding and will never be able to look back with pictures. Very disappointed!!...
