We were here for the BBQ Festival, but this was the best food we ate on both days. The service was great! Breakfast was just so good Saturday, we were right back on Sunday. The tortillas were perfect, and I could drink their red sauce. If you find yourself in Lockhart, eat here but get here early. They're only open for breakfast and lunch.

While exploring Lockhart TX, we stumbled on this Mexican Restaurant just a block away from the court house. The first good sign was the amount of Texicans eating there. We had a delicious breakfast and great service! When in Lockhart we will be visiting Rosita's again!

The lunch special today was two enchiladas in a side of beans and rice. Me and a family of 3 all ate there for under $29.99. They only had one waiter available but if you're patient it's still a good deal because the food came out hot and the chips and salsa never stop coming. This is definitely my permanent lunch spot.

These breakfast tacos, y'all. SO GOOD. And the people working here are so personable and friendly. Top notch Mexican food with a touch of love. Not to mention, very affordable! The salsa is perfection. Also, I must say, I really love their coffee. Rositas rocks!

Super well staffed, yummy food, reasonable prices. The red salsa is deliciously garlicky and flavorful without being too spicy. The machacado was a little more bell pepper heavy than we're used to, but the migas, breakfast tacos, and eggs were all on point.

Walked on over from our Airbnb to get breakfast to go. Wonderful wonderful food and great fast service. Will be our go to each morning!!

The breakfast tacos were outstanding, even if they didn't quite get the order right. I ordered one with nopales and one with chorizo and potatoes with corn tortillas. I got eggs instead of potatoes and flour tortillas instead of corn. This place still gets 5 stars because the flour tortillas are not the disks of sadness you get in California and the chorizo made the scrambled eggs taste good enough to make me forget I hate scrambled eggs. The green salsa is out of this world. And the coffee is so good! My friend had the nopales plate and loved it.
