Rosie's Tamales

The tamales would taste great and I'd give them a 5 star but....the masa is overly salty. I hope their manager sees this and makes adjustment on the salt.

If I could rate a zero I would. The girl on the phone answers, ask me to hold I respond sure. Classless individual puts the phone down I can hear all her chatty conversations with employees and customers. I hear her go on and on about being on munjaro. She has me on hold forever, talking then waiting on customers as she says have a good night to them. She never came back on noise and chatter all over the place. Horrible horrible customer service with no class. If you are having someone on hold, put them on hold not just set the phone down. Come back occasionally and check to say something in between customers or while chatting with Co workers this is totally unprofessional, totally classless. She Never came back. I hung up after 24+ minutes kept trying to call back the line was busy as this inept person didn't come back to the phone. I wanted to, ask one simple question about their inventory before driving out there. After this no desire to buy from these folks. Unreal!! Last purchase I made 2 weeks regular pork tamales were very salty and the bean tamales were yuck!!

I have been buying my tamales from here for Years, the other day I bought some and yes they went up to $14.00 a dozen. Warmed them up the next morning for breakfast and the flavor is still there, but very little meat. So Disappointing. I won't be going back.
