My father is buried here and my mother will be buried near him eventually. A flat headstone lies at his site and she chose to come and pick an upright headstone. We spent a little over 2 hours sitting with an employee picking the stone, font, characters, and graphics that would go on the stone. In the end, my mom pick out a headstone that she loved and one she could see to spend time with my dad from the road (visibility) since she has a disability. The staff was great and really worked with her and she was able to finance it on a schedule that suited her with the option to pay it off early with no penalty.

I am so disappointed with Rose Hill employees. I have made several attempts to get my situation resolved but have not accomplished anything. I have made several calls since last year and I have yet to get a call back from anyone. My Mom passed away last year in March and buried in April. My Mom had paid for all her funeral services, the plot, digging and outer box (or whatever it's called) and the headstone which was already there due to my Dad passed away 13 years ago. My Dad's date of birth and date of death are on there and my Mom's date of birth is on there too. When my Mom passed away I had to paid for them to add her date of death and I was charged for it and it was not cheap it was in the hundreds. I now know that what I was charged to add my Mom's date of death is what I would have been charge to put her Name, Date of Birth and the Date of Death. So why did I have to pay and why so much? How can you all charge me the price for the name, date of birth & date of death if her name & date of birth was already on there? I'm pretty sure my Mom paid for it. She wouldn't pay for part of it. My Mom was trying to take care of all their funeral & burial plots so we wouldn't have to. Then on top of that my Mom's date of death font is so different than all the rest of the dates on there. So that tells me that no one was concern about the huge difference. I would think that someone had to have seen the difference but no one said anything and I was not informed. The size of the font is about 3 to 4 sizes bigger than the rest of the dates. There is no way you could not notice the huge difference. I went down to Corpus in November and went to Mom's & Dad's burial spot and noticed right away the difference on the headstone. So I called them the following day and have been calling since then and no one has returned my calls about the situation.I am so disappointed and like I said I have been trying to get an answer since last year and hopefully Rose Hill would make this right but so far nothing has been done. This plague was ordered coming on a year and it took 6 weeks for them to do it and it was sent directly to the cemetery. I don't live in Corpus I'm 7 hours away so it's hard to go to the cemetery often. That's why I've been doing all of my communication by phone.I hope that the director Mr. Buddy Ewing gets to see this and replies to me directly. I wanted to contact him directly but there is no phone number nor an email on line to direct myself to him. This is not the way I like to take care of my situations. Or any situation but I see no other way but to give a bad review just to get through to someone. There's seems to be no concern or sensitivity about my situation.So needless to say I had no choice but to go through here. Since no one at that office is professional enough to call me back at all. The only person that did respond to me was Mary Ann Garcia [she knew my parents they are buried right across the road from your office] but she told me I had to speak to the person that orders the plagues and that person never called me. another time I called and I was told that they would speak to the sales person and that they would have that person call me but nothing has happened. I think this review is expressing exactly how I'm feeling, Very Disappointed!

On the Rose Hill Memorial Park website, it states that they offer pet cremations. As I'm about to have to put my dog down, I called them to ask about pricing. When I asked about the pet cremations, the woman who answered told me they DONT OFFER IT and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service and so insensitive.
