These are some of the nicest folks around! When we needed to add air to our RV tires before heading home, we stopped at another RV place down the street and they wanted to charge us $200 to do it! Yes, $200! We drove here and they immediately added air at NO CHARGE!When we tried to tip, we were told no, just pay it forward. What an amazing experience. Thank you Ron Hoover for being customer focused instead of money greedy.

Very friendly staff. I was impressed with the selection. Highly recommend. Laura in the finance department was especially helpful and took the time to help us accomplish our goals.

We started dealing with Ron Hoover in June of 2017. The service manager lived in the same RV park that we did. We had him over to inspect our roof as we had a leak. He immediately noticed that there was a problem with the bedroom slide roof. This same leak had caused some minor interior damage to some trim. Pictures were taken, emails were sent, texts were swapped back and forth about the repairs we needed/wanted to have done. Hurricane Harvey came thru in August so that was a bit of a set back. But in February of 2018 when I attempted to email the service manager the email bounced back. I called Ron Hoover and was informed, as I suspected, that Nathan was no longer there and had not been in months. He never bothered to touch base with us to let us know what was going on. We were able to get our trim piece that had been sent for our trailer. DO NOT waste your time on these folks!!!!

I was here all day with my brother-in-law and his brand new Prism Elite that he drove down from Michigan and was riddled with problems. Thank God they got us in pretty quick and fixed several major problems all in one day. We met nearly everyone that works here and both of us were extremely impressed with their personability and great senses of humor. The ladies at the desk were awesome and very funny as we exchanged jokes. I can't remember all their names but one even offered to let us use her car to go eat if we wanted. Their mechanics are very good and also friendly. These folks obviously love working for their boss as they had some tear jerking stories about how he came through for them during the hurricane Harvey disaster. What a team and I would recommend them very highly. Thank you all at the RV Clinic for showing us what Texas hospitality is all about!

Nice folks! We needed a vehicle inspection for license & registration and they got us right in.

We bought a trailer in January and have had nothing but trouble with it since we got it. It was in the shop for a very long time right off the bad for sever electrical issues. Now the refrigerator is not working and the ceiling over the bed started to fall. We have already lost trim on the outside of the trailer and the inside and we have not even used/moved this tra but only 3 times since we got it and one was to turn it in for repair. it has been nonstop and we are VERY UNHAPPY with the quality of trailer that Ron Hoover sold us. Originally we had no issues with service (other than slow), but now it's changed personnel and we were treated a little rude when calling in for service to fix the issue. Our unit has been in the shop longer than we have been able to it--buyer beware!!!!

Been fighting to get titles and registrations for 2 month on a boat I paid cash for. Won't be a returning purchaser again.

My husband and I were leaving the coast today in our class A RV heading home to MN. When we stopped for gas I went into our rv bathroom and discovered that we had lost the cover over our bathroom vent. So we drove to Rockport to Ron Hoover RV because they had helped us before when we needed a windshield wiper arm. We drove in this morning and within about an hour we were on our way again with a new cover in the bathroom and also a replacement one over the living room vent. No appointment and they helped us quickly and pleasantly. I highly recommend them.

We appreciate they are trying ! They are going to meet us half way with some of the repairs that occurred with the tires blowing out and the fenders breaking off from the blow outs. Whit promised to send a check for the 2 blown out tires and find us a good price on new fenders so we can install them ourselves. Corpus Christi to Lake Havasu took 4 days with tire repairs. We are headed back to NJ for Christmas, its going to be a long drive for this 2018 RV, hopeful it will be uneventful.

The service experience we received their was outstanding! They addressed each concern and answered each question patiently. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were ready for our service appointment and prepared to quickly service our vehicle. The service techs made sure to plug in our RV to preserve our food and were very polite. I highly recommend this location.
