As a hospice nurse you call for them to come pick up someones loved one. What you get is someone who can't find their paperwork, has you repeat yourself several times. You wait 1.5 hrs when they said pick up was 45mins. You call them back and they said they went on another call because they were confused. Come on you can do better.

I was so pleased that I was able to attend funeral services for a Dear friend at Resthaven. Having attended several services at this location I have found the staff to be kind, compassionate and sincere. Beautiful job.
