My 1 star review is for the Security parked in customer parking - why? Came & completed my shopping in an hour & he's still parked there chilling inside the car on his phone when he should be patrolling the lot & making that spot available for customers especially in the shade. This heat is no joke

This manager and it's people talk back to customers and walk around like they don't care. I waited in a small line for like 30 min. Then when I got to the front she said she was closed. Manager quickly yelled at me and told me I just got here. I didn't argue just got back in another line and waited another 15 minutes

Restraut depot I find is the most well stock. Big discount membership store. Everything is well mark.and if you can't find if they will find it for you. The help is hard to find like any other warehouse discount store, but the staff are usually pretty friendly. The check out process is slow at times but bearable. So I would definetly recommend this place. And the wait us worth it co sider the savings.

September 3 at 5:13 pm · Day 9 Harvey update--how is that even possibleI'd like to start with some thanks. First, locally to Party City who made today's effort to feed First Responders possible. They had the "commodity of the day, aluminum hotel pans. And they gave me a discount when I told them why I needed all that they had. Restaurant depot decided that jacking up their prices more than ten-fold was a good decision. But now every restaurant chef, catering chef, and volunteer in our effort know how greedy they are. Shame on you! You should be donating every single box of disposable hotel pans in your inventory to this effort. I bet that when I call Party City headquarters on Tuesday, that's exactly what they'll do. rant over

Yesterday we have purchased 40 lb halal chicken breasts and as I opened the container at home, you could smell the meat that went bad. Really bad. It happens sometimes and I totally understand but here's the onion. When I went back to return it, I was greeted with terrible customer service. The head manager that was sitting in the office came out and was very helpful and understanding. Other employees were completely rude and had the "i don't care look". One of the employees, who was a young lady in her late 20's probably, would roll her eyes at me and speak with very rude tone. She should probably be fired because she did the same thing to the next customer that was in line. XD

We're frequent shoppers here for my moms business and every now and then the cashiers will charge something incorrectly but that's understandable it's nothing we can't fix but this most recent time yesterday the cashier charged us wrong and the older woman who checked the receipt named Kendra check marked the receipt confirming that we had an item that we had not purchased and wasn't in our cart and she failed to tell us we were charged one item too many. We didn't notice the mistake at first till we got home and then we came back and tried to solve the issue when we came across Kendra once again, instead of helping us she proceeded to catch the nastiest attitude with us and didn't take responsibility for her actions of being incompetent enough to not even be able to count customers items. Then a much nicer lady came and helped us after giving that older woman a reality check. Quite disappointed in the customer service from such an older person, you'd think with so many years on this earth and however many she has at restaurant depot you'd know how to treat customers with respect especially when it was your mistake.

Great steak, great service, nice environment, I like the progressive menu (wish they bring back chicken to the progressive menu).

If I had other places to shop for restaurants supplies I would. The absolute worst. Get here as early as you possibly can even for small items you may be picking up. Your gonna be here awhile.

This place is awful. Don't go unless you have hours to wait in line and plenty of patience to work with nasty attitudes from the workers.

Very rude cashiers and managers. They treat you really bad. They never ask nicely they just order you to do something. Because there aren't many alternatives people keep going back. It's very upsetting
