On my first visit I prepaid and got great service. On my second visit I chose a combo that was to include hands, foot soak, and feet. My masseuse literally did nothing while my feet soaked and was conveniently not done with one foot when halfway through. He said he would do 10 more minutes. He did that and never did my hands, then charged me $10 extra and was shocked when I didn't tip him. The reflexology is good but the second masseuse just showed poor ethics. Be wary.

This is place for relief when your kids, husband or wife :-) have you running all over the mall. It is conveniently located near Kay's Jewelers towards the Mall exit/entrance. The men there are unbelievable with foot massages. I have never tried the back massages but often go in for a quick foot massage to relieve pain and stress. I reccomend for anyone with joint, diabetic or certain types arthritis pain/swellng in feet. They'll massage gently or firm if you ask. It's not too pricey either. A fair 20 minutes for 20 dollars, much better than paying your kids to rub mom or dad's feet
