Redline Burger

I work at Post Acute Medical and we are suppose to be getting a free lunch, looks like we will all be starving... this place is almost two hours late and it doesn't seem like the food is coming anytime soon. Really horrible for the staff that work here that were expecting a good lunch.

I am impressed, Redline Burger was definitely epic. I can see the charm and the reason that so many like Redline Burger. Most everything I've tried up until now have been quite good. Staff is incredibly polite and will certainly help you with anything. Can not wait to visit Redline Burger again!

I want to give them 5 stars and their food is worthy of 5 stars but it's hard to track them down. They aren't always open when they say they'll be open and they aren't always where they say on Facebook that they'll be. We drive 25 mins from Yorktown to Del Mar where they tend to park and are more than pleased when they are there and open. Recently, though, we went well into their posted open hours and had to wait for them to finish setting up to open, and more recently we drove all the way over there and they were nowhere to be found. If I see the truck is parked and set up, I will never not stop, but I think I'm done chasing their amazing burger and fries.

It's back! Redline burger! Just ordered a #2 combo burger and loaded fries! So delicious! Will be going back next time I'm in town.

I'm only giving them two stars because the burgers & fries are awesome, however the service is terrible otherwise I would only rate them 1 star. I've gone a couple times to their location on Holly, the lady that takes your order is super rude. I overlooked it the first time & thought maybe she's just having a bad day. I go again 3 weeks later & she's still rude. As I was about to order she cut me off & said wait and waved her finger at me. I'm sorry I just can't put up with terrible customer service, not even a hi or thank you. As someone who's worked in the customer service industry myself, I could never be that rude. I definitely won't be going back, I don't care how good the food is, I'll take my business elsewhere.

The food was barley warm and they forgot our sides some of the workers weren't wearing mask after my father and I ate the food we started to feel sick
