Red Sky Grill

First time to Kickapoo and we were served by Jorge. OMG. This place sucks!!! I have to do handstands to get the waiters attention!!We ordered nachos and added brisket and some fried mushrooms. The nachos only had meat at the top and when I asked about the dip that came with the nachos, which tasted like mayonnaise, he didn't know. He came back as said "it was some kind of aioli". Huh, what kind of aioli???He didn't know. I guess when you come to Kickapoo you are held hostage by the available resources but maybe skip Red Sky Grill and find another alternative!

Red Sky Grill is our go to place to eat with the kids. The service is good as well as the food. The setting is good for both family and for drinks with friends.

The Red Sky Grill is a fairly new establishment that has been added to Kickapoo Casino here recently. We went in for dinner and honestly it was not bad at all. I had a quesadilla plate and it was well done and real good. Complimenting the plate was a side order of chips n dips which were pretty good. All in all I have no complaint with this here and I will definitely eat here again.

Good place for Barbecue in Eagle Pass. This place is one of the new restaurants the casino opened up. Eagle Pass has always had a need for a consistent BBQ restaurant that offers decent smoked goods. This place now fills that void. Depending on when you go it might be busy but service seems to be rather fast most of the times regardless. I ordered the BBQ sampler that comes with pulled pork, sliced brisket, potatoes salad, and two side of which I chose cilantro beans and Mac and Cheese.The pulled pork is very tasty, the bbq sauce although not homemade, is very tasty. The brisket was a bit on the fatty side but I could have been more specific, the potatoes salad was probably their best sides, followed by the borracho style beans, and the Mac and cheese coming in last. Could have added cheddar, sticked it in the oven on the skillet it's being served on, and made it so much better but they didn't. What was great were the jalapeño bombers, those were amazing! Crunchy on the outside and soft and meaty on the inside. Highly recommend those! Over all a good bbq place for eagle pass, nothing out of this world. But I'm sure it's going to be consistent since it's in a very controlled environment

Friends took me for a day trip to the casino at Eagle Pass, and we ended up here for dinner.It looks a little more upscale than it is; I would best describe it as a mix of a barbecue place and a sports bar. But the prices are quite reasonable for being inside a casino. Service is good, not spectacular. I think our waiter was a little forgetful, or maybe rushed.Typical barbecue fare, with brisket, ribs, chicken, pulled pork, mac'n'cheese, etc. I got the half rack of ribs, B got brisket, and S got a chicken tender dinner. We also got a chips'n'dip starter because it came with queso, and I can't help it...I'm a complete sucker for queso.My half rack came with fries and cole slaw (pretty good choice of sides available). The fries were good, well cooked, nicely seasoned. The slaw was dry and flavorless, so I left it. The ribs likewise were a good consistency, tender, with a crispy outside and not quite falling off the bone. B enjoyed his brisket a lot and also thought the fries were quite good, and while it wasn't anything like his homemade, said the mac'n'cheese was good. S liked everything as well.I had a chit I'd won for $5 off, but the waiter was good enough to return it and give us a senior discount instead (I don't qualify yet thank you very much but B & S do) which was 50% off, so the entire meal came to a very wallet-friendly $26 before tip.

Food is good, sometimes under staffed and waits are long. I recommend the burgers. Beers is cold and nachos are pretty good.

Went to Red Sky for the 4th time in the past 2 years. Will not be going again. Food is awful. Different foods, same result. NOT GOOD. I just don't understand how a restaurant can serve the food they do and call it good. Salad was wilted and warm, chicken sandwich was served with a VERY cold chicken breast, almost frozen. Ihop is the best place to eat there.

We were at Eagle Pass this weekend. Had a great time even ran into several friends. Stopped to eat at Red Sky food was delicious and our waitress Carla was awesome!!!! She was very nice, friendly and very attentive to our needs. Soooo glad to have met such a pleasant young lady. We ended our weekend very very satisfied.

The food was horrendous. The chicken tenders were bland and the toast wasn't good. They should toast the bread more. The sides were okay. I was expected good things about the restaurant in the casino, but I was wrong. I'm not going there again

First.. Olga the waitress was great.1. The hostess sat us, gave us 1 menu. When we asked for another, she slapped another menu down and said ONE PER TABLE. Everyone else she sat each person received a menu.2. Tap beer was off. Didn't taste right. Sent back and got bottle.3. Food was cold. Salad was wilted. Carrots & celery were moldy, wilted and old.3. Fried mushrooms are frozen type and served cold. MAYO sauce had a film on it which indicates it sat out for a while.4. Wings were cold, dry and hard to chew.5. Fries were served cold and in dirty recepticals.$61.50 wasted money. Worst birthday meal experience.Eat at the food court. The food is fresh, tasty and served hot by friendly people.
