I've been a loyal patron of this Red Lobster for almost 20 years, and it never disappoints. My recent visit was yet another exceptional experience. Our waitress was way above average, ensuring that not a single detail was missed. Her attentiveness and professionalism covered all the bases and then some, making our dining experience seamless and really enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean and it looks good. It's not all beat up. While the furniture showed a hint of being outdated, it was still presentable and contributed to the overall charm. The place was spotless and well-kept, showing little to no signs of deterioration. you can tell they honestly care and take pride in their appearance.This time around, I indulged in the all-you-can-eat shrimp for $25, an offer too tempting to pass up. As always, the shrimp were cooked to perfection, and I enjoyed a Samuel Adams Summer Ale Citrus Wheat. I'm typically a fan of heavier beers, but I tried something out of my comfort zone based on our waitress's recommendation. With a slice of lemon added, this beer was something new I've never tried--and I've had over 400 different beers it reminded me actually of a new and drastically improved Corona . It sits perfectly in the middle of the flavor spectrum for me--neither too light nor too heavy, with an amazing citrus zest that refreshes you.To those contemplating a visit, you can't go wrong. The pricing and food are great.

Went there to try the lobster roll. Ordered it, Coors light, shot of Jameson, with cold slaw on the side. Everything was good except the lobster roll. They fried the small pieces of lobster which make them dry and unpleasant. Didn't enjoy it at all. Would not recommend it. Wish I'd gotten something else. Try at your own risk.

FOOD POISONING WARNING! Somewhat noisy inside, but I was glad to come in for some seafood. Came in to try some lobster and was greeted with a trip to Spohn Hospital with food poisoning. I'm writing this after the fact as I was in the hospital for a few days overcoming the dehydration and kidney failure associated with the dehydration. I had been coming to this restaurant for many years, and unfortunately will call it quits for Red Lobster after this trip.

Wish we could a give another good review, but this location was below average. There's a reason there was nobody there on a Friday night. To start, the frozen margarita was the worst I've had, and I don't even know how you can mess up a frozen margarita. My husband got the lobster tails and said they were rubbery and flavorless. I got the sirloin and it came overdone, I had to order another, and it was still flavorless and tasted like something was off. Like it had been previously frozen or something, absolutely no flavor, worst steak I've ever had and I get steaks everywhere! We won't return. The only redeeming qualities was our waiter & the biscuits.

The food was good, fresh shrimp and the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious! The service was good too they were very polite and fast. The only thing that really bothered me was the smell of old carpet... I don't understand how there are so many places in CC with old carpets and that awful smell... I wish they would renovate because it changes the whole experience!

First of all the menu price online was $16.49 as noted on the menu, but I got charged $19.99 per plate. Second, the picture showed coleslaw and I didn't get any in either box. Third, one piece of fish was in each box which was mostly batter, and the fish was very dry and over-fried. Last, there were very few fries. This order resembles nothing compared to the same order I have purchased previously. Imagine paying 40 some dollars for 1 piece of overcooked, over-fired fish and a handful of fries. That's it! Oh, I forgot the generous tip. Never again! New management?

Sad to see them go. Year's back this used to be the go to restaurant. I'm not sure what happened but they slowly went down hill the past few years. My family just ate there a couple days ago, 14 of us and it was terrible.

My party was only ones there on a Sunday night, well before closing. Waitress pretty much ignored us. Food was coldIgnored people up front, waiting to pick up their online orders. I have been to plenty of Red Lobsters and this is by far the WORST place!!!!

Had the worst fish and chips of my life today at lunch...good God it cost $16... the fish was 2 oz of cod with four pounds of greasy beer batter...the Coldslaw was way off the wife said it tasted old and had fermented... I thought I should warn others...go anywhere else... damn
