This is the most organized store I've been in. Everything was neatly lined up in shelves. Vegetables were beautifully displayed!Found some good deals, too!

Randall's is a chain grocery store that's been around for a while. Growing up, I couldn't really find what I really liked or disliked about the store, simply because it didn't have anything that appealed to me. I think I only hear my dad talk about Randall's being more expensive than Kroger's, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, and for you older folks, Phar-Mor.Location is everything, the shopping center in which this location is in frequently gets very busy, the store's many empty cash registers most of the time is a good indication. I know it is kind of mean for me to say, but perhaps that's perhaps one of the better things I like about it is that it is never too hard to find a parking place if we shop here.Randall's have its own point reward system, discounted items, store branded items, digital coupons, in-store money serves, pharmacy, and really made it almost identical to a Kroger's. But for some reason, the selection of the fruits we find in this store just really aren't that impressive. There are sometimes good deals on the meats, the rest of the store is just average at best. But I do believe their bakery is slightly better than Kroger's though. It has a Starbucks Café and Red Box for DVD / Game rentals.Recently we have came this way more often on our way to eat at the restaurants here or to and back from my parents-in-law's house in Richmond. The store actually saved us a few times when we ran out of diapers and wipes for our toddler and we had to make an emergency pit stop. The store is kept pretty clean and I have found that its restrooms are generally cleaner than the ones in most other grocery stores. With more development happening on the Grand Parkway, perhaps it will get more business once more attractive supporting tenants show up.

I came here only for Starbucks...so my review does not reflect rating of the atore itself. It was a slow and painful process to place the order. There were 2 other baristas just standing there chatting. After placing my order and paying, I asked her if she can add an extra shot, so I paid for that as well. While the other 2 baristas were still chatting, this girl proceeded to make the order for another customer who is there long before me. Then she made mine, but didnt add the extra shot.

Friendly stuff, but fruit here is a disappointment. 4 out of 5 times not fresh. Other food or snacks are average as expected. Starbucks here are not as good as the stand alone Starbucks store.

Being that I'm in grocery I'm hard to impress when it comes to the traditional market. I do have to admit there much more customer service oriented than most locations. Butcher, baker and as always a florist. If the kind of family that feeds there kids Doritos, your in the right spot. I prefer Trader Joe's.....yup I said it! TJs is the spot just to bad there so far away. So this Randal's is my stop for my fill between visits to Tjs.

Pros: Relaxed - I just visited on a Saturday afternoon, and didn't have to fight for a parking space or find myself frustrated at the dozens of people in my way. Staff was friendly but not pushy. Cons: Limited choices - not many different brands to choose from. Produce was old, and lots of items (not just produce) had exceeded or was about to exceed its' shelf life. And to top it off, it was more expensive than other grocery stores' fresh not-about-to-go-bad items. Bottom Line: While the shopping experience was pleasant, I'm just not into buying browned salad bags that expired three days ago and wrinkled green peppers at a premium. I would rather face the masses at HEB.

Very nice grocery store with excellent selection. I enjoy coming to this grocery store. When you walk in, many specials are on display right in front. This is always a good reminder for what I need to buy. The fresh items are located right behind. I enjoy walking through the fresh breads and seeing what is available. This store has a good variety of food. I can usually find everything I need here for my recipes. The employees are also very helpful. Anytime I can not find something, I ask and they help immediately. Very nice store.

Best bagels! Randall is known for thier bakery. Sour dough bread , bagels and etc is something to look out for. They run out of bagels fast. Clean and just a good neighborhood go to grocery store, prices sometimes are low and other times not compared to HeB.
