Quick Quack Car Wash

The vehicle is never completely clean especially the back of my forerunner. There weren't no towels by the vacuum cleaners. When me and several people asked for towels we were told sorry but there isn't any. When I ask why the back of the vehicles don't get clean I was told sorry but Thats something everyone complains about.

I went to Quick Quack Car Wash, located at 7406 S Staples St, in Corpus Christi, TX, 78413. They Shattered my driver side fog lamp, and they are denying responsibility. There is no possible way for a person to break the lamp by drying it with the rags you provide for detailing cars. as I told you on the phone the lamp was hit by the machine in such a way that the point of impact was to the left and above, as can be seen in the photographs, after being hit by the machine then the glass ended up disintegrating in the detailing area. That pattern of breaking the glass is called "Star Break", Characterized by short, radial lines extending from the impact point, resembling a starburst pattern.Even in the very low-quality photograph you provided from the footage, you can see that the damage is there. Stop Wrongdoing, Replacement Damages Amount to $200 and You Just Refuse to Do the Right Thing. Shame on you.

Coolest car wash I've ever seen! Typical stay in your car type wash, but in the vacuum area, there's a bin of microfiber towels for you to dry your vehicle! When you're done, there's a lower bin to drop your used towel in. They have unlimited wash monthly packages, and a family member pays just $20 per month for that. Clean and new looking location.

I like the convenience of a car wash I can go to on a daily basis. However, after going a few times I started to notice pair swirls on my brand new car. I have talked to a few people and they say the same thing. I think I will be switching to a touch less car wash.

German was most helpful. The location is clean and they have extras their where other locations don't. Always happy. I would highly recommend a membership!!!!!

This south staples location is the easiest to use, want to run your car back through for extra bug splats, fine. Need a clean rag to wipe down inside, fine. All the vacuuming equipment always works (with the nozzles attached, not split! Rarely ever a wait. Unlimited is the way to go, can add second cars to one membership and receive reduced price. I appreciate that valid in Houston and Kingsville. I like that all the young staffers are polite and look you in the eye when talking and communicating with you. Hooray, life long training! Its a great addition to CC and im proud to be a member of the flock!

I've been using quick quack for a few months now and I've never had complaints until today. I have a brand new car 2022 and today I noticed little tiny scratches all along the entire span of the car right after getting a wash. It looks like the brush just scraped my car up around the entire span of my vehicle. Such garbage I'm so disappointed and sad. I will be cancelling my membership and telling everyone I know.

TLDR: This car wash won't fix damage THEY cause to your brand NEW CAR - I've been with this company since they moved to Corpus Christi, TX, specifically for my brand new Hyundai 2020 Accent which I wanted to keep in tip top shape. Until recently it was fine, until I get a wash and my antenna is missing and my circuitry is exposed, I go back and complain, they file an incident report, and end up finding my antenna in the car wash. It was clear their machines broke it since its a brand new car that's never been in a accident. I wait about 2 weeks until I call, and they call back saying my claim was denied. I've been paying 60 dollars every month for about 2 years, and this company is refusing to do anything about damage they caused to a brand new car. - EDIT : RESPONSE TO REPLY - You guys sent me a pixelated picture of a part of the antenna circled that wasn't the part that broke (when I asked for a video), the picture shows the base which was still fully attached after ya'll damaged the car, this is a brand new car under warranty with NO previous damage, and no previous accidents, cars don't come with removable antennas so that part is just BS.
