Quick Quack Car Wash

Their blower completely blew off my driver's side tail light cover. They even had the cover when I went back to file a claim. The acting manager at the time told me their blowers are too powerful and have been known to rip things off cars.I just got a phone call from the acting manager today who said he saw the tail light cover get blown off on the camera feed but they don't cover damage that occurs at the blowers because anything that happens there is considered to have occurred due to wear and tear on vehicles.How is the other side of the vehicle perfectly fine, but the driver's side is somehow plagued by wear and tear that would cause such damage? I can understand it this happens to someone with a rough looking car, but I take pride in making sure my vehicle is well taken care of.I'll be contacting HQ to try and get this sorted out because their response at the store level is absolutely ridiculous. If this is how you treat your customers, you are operating a fraudulent business.Think twice before you bring your car here.

I don't even know where to begin on how pissed off I am with this company. I just moved to CC and decided to try this place on Airline and after I got home, I noticed my front license plate was completely bent - I was too tired to go back so I went back the next morning. When walking to my car the next morning, I see scratches on the passenger front seat side door so I immediately drive back...I show the young lady the damages and she fills out an incident report and verbally tells me that her Manager was supposed to call me within 3-5 business days. Well the fifth day passed and no call. I head to this place on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th day only to learn that I keep "missing the manager" - whatever; I'm sure she's avoiding me. On the 11th day, I happen to catch the young hispanic lady and she asked me what the deal was - literally - no professionalism at all. I show her the ticket and she tells some other employee to tell me to drive around to the back where the vacuums were so I do and literally waited about 45 minutes only to learn that she left for the day the second I drove to the back. I WAS LIVID! I called the customer service phone number and requested that the Regional Manager call me and they promised she would and guess what, it's been 2 weeks and still no call. I am beyond mad and angry that my brand new car is damaged and they won't accept accountability at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! Unbelievable!

First time. Def not last time. Super friendly beautiful lady attendants in uniform! Good membership prices. Single wash prices comparable to Mr Carwash. Even have loaner microfiber towels for you to wipe off water spots at the free vacuum stations! I used one towel. Looks dirty but could be clean - maybe dirt stains couldn't be removed. Then no towels left. Either people are stealing them or the staff is not paying attention - bc all the stations are empty. Also love the occasional funny themed signs to make you smile. I decided to get a car wash today and went way out of my way to try this Quick Quack for the first time. Instantly regretted it. Customer service here is awful. I did not want to sign up for a membership and when told no he persisted. I understand the "never take no for an answer" attitude in sales but when you actually recommend for someone that they should leave because they don't want to sign up for it blows my mind, especially in retail.There are plenty of other car washes in the city to support and I will do just that. So much for trying Quick Quack.

2 weeks ago me and my roommate went in our car to wash our vehicles after paying monthly payments and not use it I decided to use my membership. We went touse the Vacuum and we move 3 times to different Vacuums because none of them had a good Section. And none of the employees gave use a heads up they were not working. What's the use of pay $30 a month when your equipment isn't working. Very disappointing might have to Cancel and go with ur Competition. Quick Quake needs to step it up.

I just tried to get my car washed, I wanted a single wash. It seems the boy that was working at the initial stop was instructed to sell the monthly's, I wanted a single wash. He would not take my credit card I was holding out the window until he finished his speech, I told him no just a single, then he wanted to know why. I told him I wasn't interested, just a single. His speech continued. I finally asked if he would take my card so I can get a single wash, he had more nonsense to speak still. The other lane had about 6 cars processed before I got fed up and left. This child needs to skip college and go directly to a used car lot, that's his calling. I left and have no intention of ever returning. I would advise his manager to teach manners and respect to customers and how to accept a no, he's likely to hear many in his life.

I love Quick Quack car wash !! Nobody offers unlimited car washes for 30 dollars! They give u complimentary dash wipes and air fresheners, plus towels to dry off your vehicle. Nice strong vacuums love this place!!!!!

Always something broken... this time the internal blower was down, hydraulic rollers working very slow, makes more mud than clean, employees park in customers spaces to vacuum leaving customers either waiting or leaving. Young unprofessional manager was rude. Only thing nice was young staff trying to make a living.

The first time I went there with my brand new truck, their system ripped my runningboards off and then refused to pay for it so beware of these places they don't really care. They're a big corporation with no respect for the paying customer. Their system does not remove bugs from the vehicle. Their answer is well. You can run it through as many times as you want. It doesn't matter that does not remove bugs from your vehicle so if you're going there to get that done, It's a waste of time and money. I'm on a monthly program and basically the only thing it's good for is taking dust off my car.
