Vacuums and great car washes...March, 2023 VisitFor spring break we visited Corpus Christi, to enjoy a bit of sun and relaxation, and we enjoyed the trip.We spent a good amount of time on the beach and got some sand in the car, so I wanted to vacuum it up. There are several Quick Quack Car Washes around Corpus Christi and I'm thankful I found this one... the vacuums are strong and got up all the sand. They also have an air blower to spray water and dust off of surfaces - nice!The check-in gentleman was friendly and helpful.I left with a nicely cleaned car.Thank you, Quick Quack Car Wash

A big deal was made about a full red bull can in the bed of the truck, along with a plastic cup. I removed those for the wash. After I got home I found the rear for the truck mostly untouched. I only seem to have issues at the Cimarron location. It's on me I guess for going back there.

They shattered the windshield of my jeep then claimed it had a chip on it. Not true. The photo they gave me is clearly tampered with. I have cancelled my membership; I will not risk my other vehicles. And what is the deal with the front license plate?

Went to wash my Jeep after a day at the beach and one of the employees asked me which membership I was going to purchase today. I said no membership just a single wash. He refused to take no for an answer and when I had said no to the membership for probably the seventh time, I asked if it was necessary in order for me to wash my Jeep today. He said he was just doing his job (which I get) and then invited me to leave. I asked his name and he covered his badge and walked away. I asked a female employee what his name is and she said "he should have given it to you during the pitch"... so I responded well he didn't. So what's his name? She said "I rather not say." And walked away. While trying to call the store number because this employee refused to sell me a freaking car wash he came up and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I again asked his name and he kept his badge covered. Obviously aware he had done something wrong. So I snapped his picture. I have the number of his tablet and the point in time he used it. He also entered my license plate number into the system so he's linked to the refused sale that way too. Customer service was provided with my information and said they will relay it to the manager. Hopefully the store manager cares enough to call back but I am truly surprised that a simple transaction was refused. Not a good way to do business. Why would I want a membership here if this is how they're willing to treat someone who just wants a one off purchase? No means no. Accept it this time and win my opinion on a membership by doing a good job. Not by being rude.

I'm so torn right now. I do love this service and as a travel nurse, it great to be able to find one where I go. Today though, I go through the car wash and it snaps off a piece of thr molding around the windshield. Because my car is a minute over the 5 year mark they will do nothing about it. So I'm left having to fix it and fast. Massive fail!

My car was damaged in a wash. The sealant rubber above my door was thrown off by the blower/dryer at the end of the wash. My car is not 5 years old as their disclaimer states. The manager I spoke to told me to go to the dealer, because they can't do anything since I found it. Had it been missing, they would've done an investigation. It is ridiculous. Should have listened to friends about this place- as their bumpers were affected and scratches were done to their cars after coming here.

Beware - the "young kids" (attendants) will sign you up for the "monthly wash plan" without your authorization. it happened to me on 4/9/23. When I addressed it with the manager he suggested that I call the customer service number?? After I pressed him with a few choIce words, he processed te cancellation immediately. It's obvious that "the kids" are commissioned on all monthly package sales. Deception at its best!

It was my first time going through this car wash. I've only had my car for a month, I just purchased a BMW 5 series which I worked very hard for.Today on 11/11/22 I purchased the unlimited "The Best" car wash. I got home & went back outside to get something from my trunk & noticed I had scratches ALL over my car EXCEPT the trunk. The scratches are DEEP & very noticeable in my paint.I went back to file an incident & handled the situation very calmly even though I was absolutely furious.At this point I just wanted help & wanted the problem to get fixed.The girl at the front named NAYELI who was the one I purchased my membership through was very rude & was accusing me of lying about the scratches on my car. When she saw that my car had no scratches to begin with.All I was trying to do was just file the incident & I had to tell her "I'm not trying to argue with you." Due to her constantly finding a loop hole on how the car wash "didn't" leave scratches on my car. Her excuse was "it could've been a rock on the highway."How is a rock going to create all that damage at ONCE to my car?! ON TOP OF THAT I drove ALL the way down WOOLDRIGE which is 35mph (which is on my way back where I stay) & it was barely even a handful of cars on the road!I had to tell her multiple times "I would not be wasting my time here if i didn't receive the scratches from here."Instead of her doing her job & being helpful she was accusing me of lying.I asked her "what are y'all's options for incidentals? Because I would like a refund on my membership & have the damages covered."She replied "it depends on how the investigation goes."I told her "well Clearly the investigation is going to show that there was no scratches on my car so what are the options?"She shook her head no implying that I'm lying & they're not going to help me with the damages.FURTHERMORE, she rehearsed a whole line saying "if it was the car wash the scratches would have looked like this instead of that."Are you kidding me?????She told me they're going to review the video of my car to see if the damages were there prior. I told her that's great because you WILL see there was no damages to my car.I also asked for the video to get emailed to me as well because at this point I do not trust her or the company reviewing the video alone.I am very disappointed in the customer service. This company needs to do better at taking responsibility for their actions. I should not be getting attacked for the damages THE CAR WASH has done to MY NEW VEHICLE!It seems like I am not the only one with the damaged vehicle!!!!INSTEAD OF TAKING A COMPLAINT/INCIDENT AS AN INSULT, TAKE IT AS A WAY TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS!

This place is a rip-off! I sold my car right before my membership renewed. I tried to cancel and it would not let me. It charged my card and when I called in to have the amount refunded to me as I sold the car, I was told they could not refund me. The reason because I have to give a 3 day notice. Are you serious?? What place can not issue a refund? It was just barely charged to my account and I no longer have the car, so the membership will not be used. I give ZERO stars!!!

Went there for a simple car wash and had to endure a long drawn out high pressure sales pitch. When I asked him and then told him to stop talking because I wasn't interested in anything but a simple wash he told me they had a record of how often I'd been there in the past year (twice) and I was being rude. I got the basic wash, paid cash and will NEVER GO BACK!
