Love this gym. Its a serious gym. I join here everytime I come for work. They have a supplement shop all in one spot. Every single piece of equipment you need to get serious results. I lost 50lbs here and got ripped like rambo.

I love coming here and my daughter goes to childcare there on Saturdays. I would give 5stars if they would fix the sauna, been I say a year since it's been broken, does not get hot enough to sweat in it. Maintenance n staff there are awesome, sweet people.

It has everything you could ever need to get in shape, including tires to flip, ropes to shake, and even a truck to lift! The staff is very friendly, always walking around cleaning, and keeping busy. This place is huge, they have so many rooms with so much equipment. They even have a room to watch kids.

They are open 24 hours a day and they have a ton of equipment to work with. You can do a yearly contract or pay month to month. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the sauna could be a little better.

I got a 24 hour pass and came here twice. The faculty is fairly large, there are multiple rooms. There is plenty of equipment, weights and cardio, though I stuck to the weight room and free weights. It accommodated all the lifts I needed to do, although if you're looking to powerlift, the powerlifting room is called the "sweat room"--it's considerably hotter in there and it was therefore not the best environment for it. There was one water dispenser all the way in the back by the sweat room in the "ab room" so it was kind of a pain to have to continually refill my water bottle. They also didn't really have much in the way of stretching--no mats that I found, and two small and very soft foam rollers. Even though I got the impression they were strict about re racking weights based on their signs, I still found equipment that wasn't unracked. I wish they had paper towels or regular towels aside from the cleaning ones. Overall, not a bad gym for being close to where I'm staying but if I lived here, I'd probably hunt for a different place that meets my needs a little better although for the average gym person, this gym is probably just fine.
